INVITATION

We invite you to participate in the Pesaro – Bellaria Art Inspirations Festival, taking place from July 25 – 30, 2026, in Pesaro & Bellaria, Italy.

The festival promotes global cultural exchange, preserves national traditions, and encourages creativity among talented children, youth, and adults. It provides an international platform for both amateur and professional performers to showcase their artistic skills and build cultural connections through music, dance, and theater.

 PARTICIPATION INFORMATION

Participants: Soloists, duets, small groups, ensembles, folklore dance groups, instrumentalists, choirs, vocalists, theater groups, and more.

Categories include:
Folklore (traditional dance, music, instruments – up to 9 min),
Vocal (pop, folk, academic, jazz, original songs),
Vocal-Instrumental (combined performances),
Choreography (folk, classical, modern, jazz, ballroom, street, majorette, cheerleading, flash mob),
Instrumental (string, wind, percussion, folk instruments – piano not included),
Theatrical Arts (dramatic readings, performances, variety miniatures),
Circus Arts (acrobatics, variety acts, fashion theater),
Defile (fashion theater, modeling agencies).

The festival is competitive. Participants may enter multiple categories with separate applications and fees.

Performance Duration:
Soloists, duets, trios – up to 4 minutes
Small groups (4–10 participants) – up to 6 minutes
Large ensembles (11+ participants) – up to 9 minutes

Age Groups:
Mini Kids: 4–6 years
Kids: 7–9 years
Children: 10–13 years
Juniors: 14–17 years
Adults: 18+
Seniors: 50+
Mixed groups allowed.

Application Deadline: May 25, 2025

Grand Prix Winner: Trophy, medals, and Grand Prix diploma
Laureates I–IV place: Diplomas, medals, trophies
Participation Diplomas: For groups and soloists below 4th place
Debut Diplomas: For Mini Kids (4–6 years)
Letters of Thanks: For teachers and leaders
Festival Souvenirs: T-shirts, bags, notebooks, participant badges

 ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION

Participation Fees:
Groups (11+ participants): €18 per participant
Groups (4–10 participants): €22 per participant
Duets & Trios: €30 per participant
Soloists: €35 per participant

Additional Category Fees:
Groups (4+ participants): €10 per participant
Soloists, duets & trios: €18 per participant

Festival Package – 5 Nights / 6 Days
Cost: €275 per participant
1 free place for every 20 participants (20+1 FREE)

Included in the Price:
5 nights in a 3-star seaside hotel (3–4 person rooms)
Half-board (breakfast & dinner)
Sightseeing tour of Pesaro
Olive oil & wine tasting
Tourist tax included

Not Included:
International transportation
Health insurance
Beach sunbeds & umbrellas

Additional Notes:
Participants must be accompanied by leaders or guardians.
Accommodation and cultural programs are coordinated with participants.
Invoices will be sent after application approval.
Organizers may close applications early once capacity is reached.
