INVITATION

We warmly INVITE YOU to join us in Istanbul, Turkey, a magnificent city straddling two continents. Bounded by the Black Sea and the Sea of Marmara, Istanbul offers rich history, stunning architecture, vibrant shopping, and a lively social scene. The festival is designed for performers of all ages and backgrounds to celebrate culture, music, and dance in this unique setting.

PARTICIPATION INFORMATION
The festival welcomes folk dance groups, modern dance groups, singing ensembles, majorettes, and choruses (8 years old and above).

General Rules:
Performances lasting 5–15 minutes (USB or live music).
Groups must secure their own medical insurance.
Send group photos for application.
Groups arrange their own transport to Istanbul; transfers available at extra cost.

Competition Fee (for those wishing to be evaluated):
Soloist: 50 EUR
Duet: 40 EUR per participant
Trio: 30 EUR per participant
Groups: 15 EUR per participant

ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION
Accommodation is provided in a 3-star hotel in Istanbul. Rooms feature 2–3 beds, a toilet, and a shower.

Participation Fee:
2 nights with breakfast: 105 EUR per person
3 nights with breakfast: 130 EUR per person
4 nights with breakfast: 155 EUR per person

Additional Costs:
Dinner: 15 EUR/person/day
Lunch pack: 10 EUR/person/day
Extra day: 45 EUR/person

Included by Organizers:
One free leader for every 30 participants, two free for 45+ participants
Guidance service for excursions
Hotel reservation upon receipt of 20% deposit

Day 2
Morning – Breakfast
Day – Excursion: Byzantine historic district (Blue Mosque, St. Sophia, Topkapı Palace, Grand Bazaar)
Evening – Dinner, performance at municipal open-air stage

Day 3
Morning – Breakfast
Day – Shopping or beach time at the Sea of Marmara
Evening – Festival performances at municipal open-air stage, dance workshops

Day 4
Morning – Breakfast
Day – Optional Bosphorus boat trip (extra cost) or shopping
Evening – Performance at municipal open-air stage

Day 5
Morning – Breakfast
Day – Departure from Istanbul
