INVITATION

 We invite you to join us in the magnificent city of Istanbul, Turkey, a metropolis straddling two continents. Bounded by the Black Sea and the Sea of Marmara, Istanbul is a city of great museums, historical palaces, vibrant shopping centers, and a lively social scene — the perfect place to combine culture, art, and friendship through music and dance.


 CONDITIONS

Participants must be 8 years old and above.
The festival welcomes singing ensembles, majorettes, choruses, folk dance and modern dance groups.
Groups will present performances of 5, 10, or 15 minutes, with live or recorded music (CD/USB).
Photos of the groups should be sent to the organizing team.


 ACCOMMODATION

Participation Fee:
195 EUR per person – 4 nights with breakfast, dinner, and accommodation in a 3-star hotel.
Rooms include 2–3 beds, a private toilet, and a shower.

Free Participation:
For groups of 30+ participants, one leader or driver is free (30+1).
For groups of 45+ participants, two leaders or drivers are free (45+2).

Participation Fee Does Not Include:
Groups are responsible for their own transport to festival venues and excursions. Guidance service will be provided.
A special Bosphorus Boat Trip will be organized for interested groups at an additional cost of 20 EUR per person.
Diesel fuel will not be provided for group buses.

Airport Transfer (Round Trip):
42 people on bus – 25 EUR per person
30 people on bus – 30 EUR per person
20 people on bus – 35 EUR per person
10 people on bus – 40 EUR per person


 FESTIVAL MEDICAL INSURANCE

All groups are required to have medical insurance before arriving at the festival.
The organization committee will not cover any medical or hospital costs.
In case of emergency, an ambulance service will be available.


 TRANSPORTATION

Groups arriving by plane can request full transportation service (airport transfers, excursions, and performance transfers).
This service is available at an additional cost and should be paid on the first day of the festival to the festival committee.


 PAYMENT INFORMATION

Groups must submit an application form to participate.
Approved groups must pay a 10% guarantee fee (deducted from the final payment).
Hotel reservations are confirmed after a 20% deposit of the total fee is made.


 PROGRAM

Day 1:
Afternoon – Arrival in Istanbul
Evening – Free time, dinner, and meeting for group leaders

Day 2:
Morning – Breakfast
Day – Excursion: Byzantine Historic District (Blue Mosque, St. Sophia, Topkapı Palace, Grand Bazaar)
Evening – Dinner and festival performance at municipal open-air stage

Day 3:
Morning – Breakfast
Day – Visit to shopping center or beach time at the Sea of Marmara
Evening – Festival performances at municipal open-air stage and dance workshops

Day 4:
Morning – Breakfast
Day – Optional Bosphorus boat trip (extra cost) or shopping
Evening – Performance at municipal open-air stage

Day 5:
Morning – Breakfast
Day – Departure from Istanbul


 COMPETITION FEES

Soloist: 50 EUR
Duet: 40 EUR per participant
Trio: 30 EUR per participant
Groups: 15 EUR per participant


 EXCURSIONS INFORMATION

Optional Excursions (extra paid):
Byzantine & Ottoman History Tour: Blue Mosque, St. Sophia, Topkapı Palace, Grand Bazaar.
Special Bosphorus Boat Trip.
