With pleasure we INVITE (folk ensembles,choral groups, majorette teams, art schols.orchestras,bands, modern dance, balroom dance teams..) (children, youth and adult groups ) to participate on International MARMARİS Dance and Music Competition & Festival from 27 October -31 October 2026 ,Marmaris, TURKEY
The intention of our invitation and the Festival light motive is to present the cultural tradition of different countries and to provide an opportunity for the members of groups to get together, to establish friendships and culture presentation trough dance and music.The idea of the Festival is to bring the music closer to the people and to present the music on the streets and the squares.
Marmaris, a stunning city located on the Mediterranean Sea between Turkey and Greece, is where the Mediterranean and Aegean Seas meet. Beyond its breathtaking natural beauty and rich history, Marmaris captivates visitors with its unique charm, described by historian Fernand Braudel in his book Mediterranean as a place of "countless landscapes, many seas, and civilizations piled on each other." This festival invites participants to experience the essence of Marmaris' diverse heritage through art and culture.
Festival Details
- Eligibility:
- Participants must be 10 years or older.
- Eligible groups include Folk Dance Groups, Modern Dance Groups, Classical Dance Groups, Country Dance Groups, Folk Music Groups, Chorus Groups, Classical Music Groups, Instrumental Music Groups, Brass Bands, Country Music Groups, Street Theater Groups, Rhythm Groups, Dumb Show Groups, Acrobatic Groups, Majorette Groups, Flag Groups, and Vocal Groups.
- Performance Requirements:
- Performances should last 5, 10, or 15 minutes.
- Music can be live, on CD, or USB.
- Groups must have at least 15 members.
- Photos of the group must be submitted with the application form.
Awards & Competitions
The festival features competitions in various artistic categories.
- Evaluation Fees:
- Soloist: 50 Euro
- Duet: 30 Euro per participant
- Trio: 20 Euro per participant
- Groups: 15 Euro per participant
Participation Fee
The participation fee is 210 Euro per person for 4 nights, including:
- All-Inclusive (AI) accommodation (alcohol not included).
- Accommodation in 2+1 person rooms.
Additional Costs:
- Single room accommodation: 25 Euro per person per day.
Transfers
Transfers will be arranged from Dalaman Airport at a cost of 35 Euro per person (round trip).
Participants are responsible for transportation to the competition hall and other festival venues. Assistance with bus rentals can be provided upon request.
Other Details
- Entrance and exit to the festival area will be coordinated by the festival committee.
- Participants can request assistance for bus rental, but they will be responsible for covering the costs.
- The festival program will be announced at a later date.
Medical Insurance
All participants must secure medical insurance before attending the festival. The organizing committee will not cover medical or hospital expenses. Emergency ambulance services will be provided if necessary.
Application & Payments
Groups must submit an Application Form to confirm participation. Approved groups must:

Pay a 10% guarantee fee in advance, which will be deducted from the final payment.

Hotel reservations will be secured after a 20% deposit of the total fee.
