INVITATION

We are delighted to invite singing ensembles, majorette teams, choruses, folk dance troupes, and modern dance groups (participants aged 8 years and above) to participate in the International Music & Dance Festival in Istanbul, Turkey, from July 14, 2026, at 16:00 to July 18, 2026, at 10:00. This festival offers an exciting opportunity to present your culture through performances, engage with international groups, and experience Istanbul’s rich heritage. Photos of participating groups must be submitted to the organizing team in advance.

 ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION

Accommodation will be provided in a 3-star hotel with 2-3 beds per room, each equipped with a private toilet and shower. The participation fee of 195 Euros per person covers 4 nights, breakfast, and dinner. For groups larger than 30 people, one leader or driver will stay free (30+1). For groups of 45 or more, two leaders or drivers are free (45+2).

Airport Transfer Costs (Round Trip):
42 people on the bus: 25 Euros per person
30 people on the bus: 30 Euros per person
20 people on the bus: 35 Euros per person
10 people on the bus: 40 Euros per person

The transportation fee must be paid to the festival committee on the first day. This includes airport transfers, transfers to performance venues, and excursions to historical areas on the European side (one-time visit). The participation fee does not include transportation to festival venues or optional excursions.

A special Bosphorus boat tour is available for an additional 20 Euros per person. Groups are responsible for their own transportation costs for other travel, including diesel fuel for buses.

 PROGRAM INFORMATION

Day 1: Arrival in Istanbul in the afternoon, free time, dinner, and meeting with group leaders.
Day 2: Breakfast followed by a visit to Istanbul’s Byzantine historic district, including the Blue Mosque, St. Sophia, Topkapı Palace, and the Grand Bazaar. Free time, dinner, and performances at the open-air municipality stage.
Day 3: Breakfast, followed by shopping or beach time at the Marmara Sea. Performances at the open-air municipality stage, including opportunities to teach and exchange traditional dances.
Day 4: Optional Bosphorus boat tour (20 Euros per person) or shopping excursion. Evening performances at the open-air municipality stage.
Day 5: Breakfast and departure from Istanbul.

To confirm participation, groups must submit an application form. Approved groups pay a 10% guarantee fee in advance, which will be deducted from the final payment. Hotel reservations are secured after a 20% deposit of the total fee. All participants must have medical insurance; ambulance services will be available for emergencies, but the organizing committee will not cover hospital or medical expenses.

 EXCURSIONS INFORMATION

Day 2: Byzantine historic district tour including the Blue Mosque, St. Sophia, Topkapı Palace, and the Grand Bazaar, followed by free time and evening performances.
Day 3: Optional shopping or Marmara Sea beach visit, followed by festival performances and cultural dance exchanges.
Day 4: Optional Bosphorus boat tour (20 Euros per person) or shopping in Istanbul, concluding with festival performances at the open-air municipality stage.
