INVITATION

We are delighted to invite folklore groups, orchestras, majorettes, modern dance groups, choirs, and music bands from around the globe to participate in this vibrant international festival in Milas, Turkey. Celebrate cultural diversity, artistic expression, and international friendship through music and dance in a unique setting.


 PARTICIPATION INFORMATION

The festival welcomes ensembles from all over the world. Each group must prepare a minimum of two dances, each lasting 8–15 minutes, to be performed via USB or live orchestra. Participants are required to bring their country’s flag and a few gifts for municipal visits. Interested groups must complete and submit an Application Form, which indicates agreement with the festival regulations. Groups should also provide a brief CV and at least three photos via email. By July 25, 2025, each group must submit a list of participants, including names, surnames, genders, dates of birth, and passport numbers. Transportation arrangements for arrival and departure are the responsibility of each group.


 ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION

Participants will be accommodated in 2* or 3* hotels, with 3–4 bedded rooms. Leaders and drivers may have double rooms. Room upgrades are available at an additional cost: 7 Euros per person per day for double rooms and 15 Euros per person per day for single rooms.

Participation Fee
70 Euros for 4 HB (4 nights with 2 meals per day)
80 Euros for 5 HB (5 nights with 2 meals per day)
130 Euros for 4 HB (3 nights with 2 meals per day)
170 Euros for 5 HB (4 nights with 2 meals per day)

The fee includes participation in festival concerts, professional sound, stage and lighting equipment, accommodation with half-board service, a souvenir and gift for each group, and a certificate of attendance.

Exclusions
Transportation (arrival and departure), optional tours, insurance, and any other costs not explicitly included.

Payment Details
Groups must submit an Application Form. Approved groups are required to pay a 10% guarantee fee in advance, deducted from the final payment. A 20% payment for accommodation booking must also be sent to the organizers. The remaining balance is due before the festival begins or upon arrival, as agreed with the organizers.


 PROGRAM INFORMATION

Day 1 – 14:00 Arrival in Milas, hotel accommodation after meeting festival representatives, free time. 18:30–19:30 Dinner at the hotel. 20:30 Meeting with the director and choreographer.

Day 2 – 07:00–10:00 Breakfast. 10:00–16:00 Free time. 18:30–19:30 Dinner. 20:00–20:30 Official festival opening with “Ensemble Parade” and welcome speech. 21:00 Performance (10–15 min).

Day 3 – 07:00–10:00 Breakfast. 10:00–16:00 Free time. 18:30–19:30 Dinner. 20:30 Start performance (10–15 min).

Day 4 – 07:00–09:00 Breakfast. 10:00–18:00 Free time. 18:30–19:30 Dinner. 20:30 Start performance (10–15 min).

Day 5 – 07:00–09:00 Breakfast. 10:00–18:00 Free time. 18:30–19:30 Dinner. 20:30 Start performance (10–15 min).

Day 6 – 07:00–10:00 Breakfast. 12:00 Departure.

The festival organizers reserve the right to modify the schedule if necessary.


 EXCURSIONS INFORMATION

Optional tour programs will be available for participants to explore the local area, cultural attractions, and historic sites. Detailed information will be provided upon arrival.
