INVITATION
With pleasure we INVITE (folk ensembles,choral groups,orchestras,brass bands, majorette teams,vocal groups,art schools..) (children, youth and adult groups) to participate on XV International Music & Dance festival “DUBAI PALM FESTIVAL” 18 - 24 November, DUBAI,UAE 2025
NOTE: If you have flight ticket to arrive day before or day after it is not problem just we need to be informed and to give you permit for that.
The festival is part of international event in Dubai.
The intention of our invitation and the Festival light motive is to present the cultural tradition of different countries and to provide an opportunity for the members of groups to get together, to establish friendships and culture presentation trough dance and music in amaizing world city DUBAI. The idea of the Festival is to bring the music closer to the people and to present the music on the streets and the squares.
DUBAI - amaizing city..Dubai is a city and emirate in the United Arab Emirates known for luxury shopping, ultramodern architecture and a lively nightlife scene. Burj Khalifa, an 830m-tall tower, dominates the skyscraper-filled skyline. At its foot lies Dubai Fountain, with jets and lights choreographed to music. On artificial islands just offshore is Atlantis, The Palm, a resort with water and marine-animal parks.More info on www.visitdubai.com
General rules :
- is a non-competitive sample of traditional and modern dances, brass bands, orchestras, folk dance groups, choral groups, majorette teams, instrumental groups and soloists, as well as groups and performers from other art styles.
- Every Group has the right to participate.
- The number of participants are limited (only 3 groups from each country),
- Each group should consist of most 50 members including dancers, managers,musicians and family members,
- Ensemble should have prepared program from12 -15 minutes live or with USB.
- For choral groups should prepare free program about 12 minutes The performances will be in the evening hours so you can plan the day ahead and use it for visiting the historical part of the city and excursions.
- To send us short CV (5- 6 sentenceson English), 5 photos of the group and link of video performance
- To take a flag of the country,
- Groups should have there own transport for arrival and departure,

13.00.Arrivalin in Dubai, hotel accommodation and free time (beach time)

11.00 -18.00 Beach time or sightseeing Dubai (optional)
19.00 - 21 00 Dinner in hotel (optional) or you can go to MALL of Emirates (Sku Dubai (one of the bigiest MALL in Dubai with magazines, restourants , it is 10 minutes walk from hotel)
Day 3
07.00 -11.00 Breakfast - buffet
14.30 – 23..00 Beach time or excursions - Desert Safari with dinner and show in villige

08.00 -11.00 Breakfast - buffet
11.00 –16.00 Beach time or excursion Burch Kaliga 124/125
18.00 – 22.00 Festival evening (15 minutes program of each group, music on USB, certificates and gifts for the group)
Day 5
09.00 – 11.00 Breakfast - buffet
11.00 – 15.00 Beach time or excursion ( Palm View and Dubai Frame)
17.00 - 23.00 , Visiting Miricle Garden and Global Villige (optional)
Day 6
09.00 -10.00 Breakfast,
11.00 – 18.00 Beach time in JBR or Excursion Abu Dhabi sightseeing with lunch
19.30. – 22.00 Free time or Dubai MArina crusing (boat trip with dinner included)
Day 7
08.00 – 09.00 Breakfast,
10.00 Departure of participants
Participation fee:
- 189 euro for 4 BB per person (4 nights/5 days with breakfast)
- 238 euro for 5 BB per person (5 nights/6 days with breakfast)
Hotel accommodation in wonderful 4* hotel MD hotel Al Barsha - link of the hotel: https://gewanhotels.com/hotels/md-hotel-by-gewan/ or Grand Excelsior Al Barsha https://www.gehotels.com/ in Dubai in triple rooms and quadriple apartments ..double rooms are 15 euro per person per night additional ..single rooms 49 euro per person per day..
You can arrange dinner (open buffet) and it is 20 euro per person in hotel.
Excursians are on your wish and with additional payment
Festival organizers provide:
- for 38 dancers – one gratis, (38+1)
- souvenir and gift for each group,
- Certificate for attendance,
- drinks during performance
- advertising of the festival (press release, news letters, posters)
INSURANCE:
Personal responsibility and health insurance are within the other obligations of the groups. First Aid and Medical Hospital will be available, medical services must be covered by the group.
On your request, You can continue your stay in DUBAI. Price will be 49 euro BB in 4* hotels – price is special for the participants in festivals that we can provide in triple rooms.
Tourist tax is additional and it is 2,5 euro per prson per day.
For the country members of EU not need vissa for Dubai.
After the festival finish organizers will send you link of the photos and videos from the festival program for each group and photos..
The festival will organize the transfer for the groups coming by plane by picking them up from Airport. The cost of the transportation will be covered by the group and will be additionally agreed according to their number.
Wizz Air has direct flight from many countries to Dubai International airport and also Wizz Air has direct flight from many cities in EU to ABU DABI or Sharjah airport.
Also Fly Dubai and Turkish airlines has good connections with Dubai.
Number of seats is limited on 300.

Transfers and excursions that we organise in Dubai:
1. Transfer Dubai airport - Hotel Dubai - Dubai airport (round trip)
2. Transfer Abu Dhabi Airoport - Hotel in Dubai - Abu Dhabi Airport (round trip)
3.Dubai city tour half day incl. Medinat Jumeirah market and little Venice with old Dubai (guide + transfer + ticket)
4. Burch Kalifa level 124/125 (tickets and transfers)
5. Desert Safari with BBQ dinner and drinks (from 14.30 they are coming to the hotel and take you with geeps and going in desert than in villige camp where will be dinner and show , back ate 22.30 at the evening)
6. Abu Dhabi Tour (full day with lunch) (from 11.00 in the morning to 18.00 at the evening going to famoues mosque in ABu Dhabi, than sightseeing with guide and go to lunch - open buffet )
7. Dinner cruse with boat to Dubai Marina i ( at 20..00 start from Dubai Marina boat and go to the Dubai Marina crusing ( wonderfull wiew of Dubai) and on the boat you have dinner with soft drinks so arrive around 22.00)(including bus transfer to the Dubai Marina, boat crusing and dinner)

Festival City Dubai Comes Alive with WOFA’s Cultural Celebration
A night filled with energy, joy, and a celebration of global traditions! WOFA (World Festival Association) transformed Dubai into a hub of culture and connection, as performers from across the world shared their heritage through music and dance.
The evening was unforgettable, with every performance offering a unique glimpse into the heart and soul of a nation. Colombia’s lively rhythms had the crowd swaying to its infectious beats. Mexico’s powerful drumlines ignited the audience’s energy, creating a truly electrifying atmosphere. Poland brought elegance and grace to the stage with its traditional dances, while Bulgaria amazed with its spirited and passionate moves. Each group left their mark, telling a story of pride and unity through their art.
The experience didn’t stop at the stage. WOFA gave performers the chance to explore Dubai’s most iconic attractions on November 16th and 18th. From the breathtaking views of the Burj Khalifa to the golden dunes of a Desert Safari complete with a BBQ dinner under the stars, the groups soaked in the best of the city. Others took in the vibrant Marina on a Dinner Cruise or enjoyed a day trip to Abu Dhabi for more cultural discoveries.
The crowd’s cheers and applause spoke volumes about the impact of the performances. This was more than an event—it was a true celebration of togetherness, proving the universal power of art to connect people. Flags waved in the crowd, smiles were everywhere, and the memories created will last a lifetime.
WOFA’s mission to bring cultures together through music and dance shone brightly on this incredible evening. Festival City became a place where differences disappeared, and the beauty of diversity took center stage.
