INVITATION

We are delighted to INVITE soloists, small groups, ensembles, and chamber formations from around the world to participate in the International Festival in Przemyśl, Poland, taking place from April 4–6, 2026. This festival provides a unique opportunity to showcase your artistic talents across dance, vocal, instrumental, theatrical, and mixed-genre performances, and to engage in cultural exchange with participants from multiple countries.

The festival is open to all age groups and offers a competitive platform with professional jury evaluation, awards, and recognition for outstanding performances. Participants will also enjoy the charm of Przemyśl, with optional excursions to explore its historic architecture, castles, and cultural landmarks.

PARTICIPATION INFORMATION

The festival is open to soloists, small groups, ensembles, and chamber formations. Categories include choreography (folk dance, folk-stylized dance, classical, contemporary, jazz, artistic, street, ballroom, show, children’s dance, and show-bellydance), vocal (show vocal, folk vocal, folk ensembles, academic vocal, jazz vocal, choirs), instrumental (wind, folk, string, plucked instruments, piano, orchestras), folk creativity/ritual theaters, theatrical arts, acting skills, fashion shows, and mixed genres.

Performance times are as follows: soloists, duets, and trios: 4 minutes; small groups (4–10 participants): 6 minutes; ensembles/groups (11+ participants): 9 minutes.

Age divisions include Mini Kids (4–7 years), Kids (7–9 years), Children (10–13 years), Juniors (14–17 years), Adults (18+ years), Seniors (50+ years), and Mixed groups (up to 30% of senior-aged participants allowed within the junior category).

Participants may compete in multiple genre categories with separate applications and fees.

Awards and recognition include individual diplomas, festival medals, and cups for groups. First, second, and third prizes are awarded to laureates, with Grand Prix winners receiving the Great Grand Prix cup. Special recognition includes certificates for free future festival participation, letters of gratitude to teachers, and commemorative festival merchandise for all participants.

Application Requirements: Completed application form, brief biography of the group and conductor, advertising photo of the group and conductor, and performance links or recordings. A 10% guarantee fee is required upon approval, deducted from the final payment.

ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION

Participation fees: Soloists €30 per participant; duets and trios €25 per participant; small groups (4–10 participants) €22 per participant; groups (11+ participants) €18 per participant.

Additional category participation fees apply: groups (11+) €5 per participant, small groups (4–10) €10 per participant, soloists/duets/trios €15 per participant per additional category.

Accommodation and meal package for 3 days/2 nights is €95 per person, including half-board (breakfast and dinner) starting from dinner on arrival day through breakfast on departure day. Complimentary 20+1 leader accommodation offer applies. Room specifics (2–3 beds for leaders) will be coordinated with group leaders in advance.

PROGRAM INFORMATION

Day 1: Arrival at hotels in Przemyśl. Optional city tour of green parks, castles, and churches. Dinner provided.

Day 2: Festival opening ceremony, competitive performances, and jury discussions. Gala concert and awards ceremony. Dinner.

Day 3: Breakfast, check-out, free day for exploration or excursions, and departure.

The jury consists of 5 cultural and artistic experts who evaluate performances on a 10-point scale. They may offer recommendations, special prizes, or choose to withhold awards if necessary. Jury decisions are final.

EXCURSIONS INFORMATION

Optional excursions include a city tour of Przemyśl for groups of 25+ and a Krasiczyn Castle excursion for €25 per participant, including lunch, on the free day. Paid services for transportation to/from the airport, concert halls, or hotel upgrades are available upon request.
