VIII International Festival Competition ''FOUNTAIN OF INSPIRATION''

INVITATION
We are delighted to invite soloists, small groups, ensembles/chamber formations, and majorettes to participate in the upcoming festival in Krakow, Poland. This event brings together a diverse range of artistic expressions, including dance, music, theatrical arts, and fashion performances, providing an opportunity for cultural exchange and artistic growth.
Participants are encouraged to showcase their talent in folk, classical, contemporary, jazz, artistic, street, ballroom, show, children’s dance, and show-bellydance, as well as choral and instrumental performances, vocal-instrumental ensembles, and theatrical/fashion presentations.
PARTICIPATION INFORMATION
Eligible Participants: Soloists, duets, trios, small groups (4-10 participants), ensembles (11+ participants), and majorettes.
Genres: Folk, classical, contemporary/modern, jazz, artistic, street, ballroom, show, children’s dance, show-bellydance, ritual theaters, folk art ensembles, theatrical arts, fashion theaters, choral and vocal ensembles, instrumental groups, and vocal-instrumental ensembles.
Performance Time Limits: Soloists, duets, trios – 4 minutes; Small groups – 6 minutes; Ensembles/groups – 9 minutes.
Age Categories: Mini Kids 7-9, Children 10-13, Junior 14-17, Adults 18+, Seniors 50+, Mixed Groups.
Application: Submit an application with a quality backing track via email. Performances exceeding the allotted time may be stopped.
Awards:
1st, 2nd, 3rd prizes: Diplomas, festival medals, and a cup for the group.
Small Grand Prix: Cup, festival medals, diploma.
Grand Prix: Grand Prix cup, festival medals, diploma.
Letters of gratitude for teachers/leaders and certificates for free participation as recommended by jury.
All participants receive festival merchandise, badges, diplomas, and medals.
ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION
Participation Fees (4 days/3 nights, half-board):
Hostel (4-6-8 bed rooms): 135 EUR/person; additional night 25 EUR
1*-2* Hotel (3-4 bed rooms): 150 EUR/person; additional night 35 EUR
3* Hotel (2-3-4 bed rooms): 180 EUR/person; additional night 42 EUR
Additional Fees:
Groups 11+ participants: 15 EUR/person
Groups 4-10 participants: 20 EUR/person
Duets/triors: 25 EUR/person
Soloists: 30 EUR/person
Additional Category Fees:
Groups 11+: 5 EUR/person for each extra application
Groups 4-10: 10 EUR/person for each extra application
Soloists/duets/trios: 15 EUR/person for each extra application
Included in Fee: Accommodation, meals (breakfast and dinner), participation in festival performances with commemorative awards.
Not Included: Festival participation fee, optional excursions, personal expenses, transportation, city tour of Krakow for groups of 25+ (without bus).
PROGRAM INFORMATION
Day 1: Arrival at hotels/hostels in Krakow, dinner.
Day 2: Breakfast, city tour of Krakow, optional Wieliczka Salt Mines excursion, dinner.
Day 3: Breakfast, festival day with stage rehearsal, sound checks, competition performances, gala closing ceremony with awards, dinner.
Day 4: Breakfast, check-out, free day in Krakow before departure.
Application Deadline: April 15, 2026
Payment Deadline: After confirmation, no later than April 25, 2026. Banking fees are the sender’s responsibility.
EXCURSIONS INFORMATION
City Tour: Guided tour exploring Krakow’s royal history, including Royal Palace, Wawel Hill, Old Town, Cloth Hall, and Rynek Square. Included in festival fees.
Wieliczka Salt Mines: 4-5 hour tour through salt corridors (Children: 30 EUR, Adults: 35 EUR).
Zakopane Excursion: Full-day trip to the Tatra Mountains resort town with regional food and activities (prices TBD).
Krakow Water Park: Visit to Park Wodny (from 10 EUR per ticket).
ENERGYLANDIA Amusement Park: Largest amusement park in Poland, 50 km from Krakow (tickets from 52 EUR including transport).
