INVITATION

We invite you to join us on the famous and vibrant Costa Brava in Catalonia, Spain.

The festival-competition will be held in the coastal towns of Lloret de Mar and Calella, offering beautiful beaches, rich culture, and an exciting Mediterranean atmosphere. This event is a true marathon of creativity and art, designed to bring together participants from all over the world for international cultural exchange.

FESTIVAL WELCOMES

Creative collectives and individual performers in:

Vocal (choirs, ensembles, groups, quartets, trios, duos, soloists)
Choreography (groups, ensembles, soloists)
Art Gymnastics
Aerobics
Original Genre (plastic etude, acrobatic, equilibr, juggling, clownery)
Instrumental Music (ensembles, orchestras, quartets, trios, duets, soloists)

GENERAL RULES

Participants must prepare two performances.

Vocal / Instrumental performances: maximum duration 3.5 minutes per act.

Choreography / Art Gymnastics / Aerobics / Original Genre (ensembles): maximum duration 3 minutes per act.

Soloists in Art Gymnastics / Aerobics / Original Genre: maximum duration 2 minutes per act.

Group leaders bear full responsibility for their members.

All materials must be sent via email (non-returnable).

Groups arrange their own transport to Spain. Transfers are available at an additional cost.

Hotel 2–3**

3/4-bed room: 229 EUR per person (extra night: 39 EUR)
Double room: 259 EUR per person (extra night: 49 EUR)
Single room: 315 EUR per person (extra night: 62 EUR)

Hotel 4**

3/4-bed room: 285 EUR per person (extra night: 49 EUR)
Double room: 309 EUR per person (extra night: 60 EUR)
Single room: 390 EUR per person (extra night: 74 EUR)

ADDITIONAL PARTICIPATION FEES

Soloists: +60 EUR
Duets / Small groups (3–5 persons): +30 EUR per person
Participation in an additional category: +10 EUR per person

INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGE

Accommodation in a selected hotel.
Two meals per day (breakfast and dinner).
One free leader for every 25 paying participants.
Official invitation letter.
Prizes, gifts, international diplomas and city diplomas.
Participation in the welcoming evening.

NOT INCLUDED (ADDITIONAL COSTS)

Tourist tax: 0.60 EUR per person per night (ages 17+, in 3* hotels).
Lunches, excursions, masterclasses, photo/video services, medical insurance, transfers.
Airport transfers: Barcelona / Girona Airport – Hotel – Airport (optional, extra paid).


 PROGRAM INFO

Day 1

Arrival at Barcelona Airport.
Transfer to Costa Brava.
Hotel check-in and rest.
Meeting with organizers, presentation of the festival program and excursions.

Day 2

Breakfast.
Visit to the town bazaar.
Rehearsals.
Evening: Festival Opening and Competition performances.

Day 3

Breakfast.
Optional excursion to Barcelona (extra paid).
Dinner.

Day 4

Breakfast.
Rehearsals and free time.
Gala Concert.
Dinner.

Day 5

Breakfast.
Hotel check-out by 10:00.
Transfer to the airport.

Barcelona panoramic city tour.
