INVITATION
With pleasure we INVITE folk groups, choral groups, brass bands, orchestras, majorette teams, modern dance ensembles, and music bands of all ages—children, youth, and adults—to participate in the X International Dance & Music Festival “LAGO DI GARDA” at the stunning Lake Garda, Italy.
The festival aims to present the cultural traditions of different countries and provide an opportunity for participants to connect, establish friendships, and showcase their culture through dance and music. Lake Garda, the largest lake in Italy, is one of Northern Italy’s most beautiful regions, offering charming towns, cultural landmarks, and picturesque landscapes, making it an ideal setting for a memorable festival experience.
PARTICIPATION INFORMATION
Eligible Groups: Folklore groups, orchestras, majorettes, modern dance groups, choirs, and music bands from all over the world.
Age Limits: No limits—open to all age groups.
Number of Participants: Unlimited.
Participation Fee: €179 per person. Additional days can be booked for €55 per person per day.
Group Leader Benefit: For groups of 26 participants, one group leader participates free of charge.
The participation fee includes festival concert participation, accommodation at Camping Bella Italia, diplomas and gifts, and half-board meals. The fee does not include transport, optional programs, tourist tax, or insurance.
Additional Costs: Final cleaning fee €30 per unit (if guests do not clean themselves), security deposit €20 per person, tourist tax €1.50 per person per day (paid on-site).
Accommodation Supplements: Bungalow for 3 persons: €12 per person per day, bungalow for 2 persons: €28 per person per day.
ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION
Participants will stay at Camping Bella Italia in three-room bungalows accommodating up to 6 people (minimum 4 per unit). Each bungalow features a living room with sofa-bed and kitchenette (microwave, safe, TV, air-conditioning/heating), master bedroom and second bedroom with two single beds, bathroom with shower, and a furnished terrace for relaxation.
PROGRAM INFORMATION
Day 1: Afternoon arrival at Lake Garda, check-in, meeting with organizers, free program, dinner.
Day 2: Breakfast, optional Garda Lake Tour, dinner.
Day 3: Breakfast, optional program at Gardaland or nearby attractions. Late afternoon performances, gala concert, distribution of gifts and diplomas, dinner.
Day 4: Breakfast, departure of participants.
EXCURSIONS INFORMATION
Garda Lake Tour: A scenic tour along the western shore of Lake Garda, visiting Gargnano, the Island of Garda, and Sirmione. Free time in Sirmione (2 hours) and Bardolino (1.5 hours). Highlights include Scaligero Castle, Catullo Grottos, and Punta S. Vigilio and Malcesine shores.
Gardaland: A visit to Gardaland Resort, one of Europe’s top amusement parks, featuring LEGOLAND® Water Park and SEA LIFE Aquarium.
Additional Nearby Destinations: Venice, La Rocca di Garda, Mantua, Bardolino, Lazise, San Felice del Benaco, Salò, and Borghetto sul Mincio.
