    With pleasure we INVITE you (folk groups, Choral groups and orchestras, art schools, ballroom dance groups, modern dance groups,  majorette teams), (children, youth and adults groups) to participate on  XV International music & folk – dance  festival “VENICE  FEST ”  20 - 24 September , Venice – Lido De Jesolo  

  The Festival  motive is to present the cultural tradition of different countries and to provide an opportunity for the members of groups to get together, to establish friendships and culture presentation trough dance and music.

Venice -  one of the most beautiful cities in the world. Rich with history, charm and tradition, a city which attracts many tourists thanks to the appreciated art, cinema, history and culture that it is able to offer.

Lido di Jesolo is in the Veneto region of Italy. This town which is situated very close to Venice is very popular destination, on the Adriatic see. There are many hotels, shops, different kind of sports, attractions near to the beach andnightlife opportunities which attracts thousands of tourists every summer. A tourist paradise proper, Jesolo has lived and will always live up to its visitors’ expectations. A further feature enhancing the tourist rating of Jesolo is its proximity to Venice, which is a benefit both as to accessibility and as to the opportunity given to visitors to tick off the two major tourist hotspots in an extremely timely and convenient manner.

General rules:

The festival is a non-competitive sample of traditional and modern dances, choral groups, brass bands, orchestras and majorette teams.

Every Folklore ensembles, Choral group, modern dance group, brass bands, orchestras  and majorette Teams has the right to participate. Children's ensembles  Youth ensembles  adult ensembles .On the festival may participate folklore dance groups, modern dance groups, vocal groups, instrumental groups and soloists, as well as groups and performers from other art styles.

The number of participants are limited (only 3  groups from each country),

Each group should consist from 20 till 60 members including dancers, managers and musicians.

Ensemble should have prepared at least 2 dances, total program of 12 minutes each with orchestra or USB. The performances will be in the evening hours so you can plan the day ahead and use it for visiting the historical part of the city.

Ensembles groups should have there own transport for arrival and departure.

Number is limited of 10 - 12  groups and number of participants 400.

Day 1

14.00 Arriving in Lido di Jesolo, hotel accommodation and beach time

19.00 – 20.00 Diner in hotel

21.00- 23.00  Welcome reception with the leaders of the groups 

Day 2

08.00 – 10.00 Breakfast

10.00 – 15.00 Beach Time or Venice sightseeing with organized local tour guides (optional) St. Mark’s Square, Bell tower of St. Mark, Clock tower, Saint Mark’s Basilica, Doge’s Palace, Bridge of Sighs, Grand Canal, Rialto Bridge…

17.00 – 18.30 Diner in hotel

19.00 – 23.00 Defile and festival evening on the main squere - PIAZZA TORINO (certificates and presents for ensembles by organizer on the stage, exchange presents between leaders of ensembles)..  

Day 3

08.00 – 10.00 Breakfast

10.00 – 15.00 Boat tours to Murano and Burano or free beach time (optional)

17.30 – 18.30 Diner in hotel

19.00 – 23.00 Free time in Venice

Day 4

08.00 - 10.00 Breakfast

09.00 – 19.00 Beach Time or  Venice sightseeing with organized local tour guides (optional) St. Mark’s Square, Bell tower of St. Mark, Clock tower, Saint Mark’s Basilica, Doge’s Palace, Bridge of Sighs, Grand Canal, Rialto Bridge…)

19.00 – 20.30 Diner in hotel

21.00 Party in hotel (optional) or free time in Jesolo

Day 5

 Participation Fee: 

-158 Euro for 3 HB per person  (3 nights with 2 meals per day – Half Board).

- 189 Euro for 4 HB per person  (4 nights with 2 meals per day – Half Board).

 Accommodation in 3* Hotels half board with 2 meals per day  in triple and quadruple rooms, hotels like Hotel  Rosmary and others like  Tipo ***,  Mazzini***, Aldebaran***, Apollo ***, Grifone***, Da Bepi***… for a double room is 10€ additional per person per day,

Participation Fee Includes:

-       On 25 people -1 free of charge

-       Welcome cocktails with the leaders of the groups

-       Souvenir and gift for each group

-       Certificate for attendance

-      Drinks during the performance

-      Advertising the festival ( social media, posters)

INSURANCE:

Personal responsibility and health insurance are within the other obligations of the groups. First Aid and Medical Hospital will be available, medical services must be covered by the group.

Tourist city tax in Venice manicipality is 2 euro per person per day and it is additional paymmant.

On your request, You can continue your stay in Lido Di Jesolo. Price will be 43 Euro per day per person HB – price is special for the participants in festivals that we can provide. Additional meal (lunch) is possible and it is 8-10 euro per person per day.

After Groups arrived in Hotel will be given detailed program of the festival and each group will have guide during festival. After the festival finish organizers will send you Link from the festival program for each group and photos. The copy right of all video materials and pictures are ownership of the Organization of the Festival.

 We can arrange bus transfer from the airport to the hotel for the groups which arrive with plane and it is paid additional.

On 2019 we have 380 participants on the festival from 5 EU countries

Number of seats is limited on 400 participants or 10 – 11 groups!

FESTIVAL MOOD AND MUSIC RHYTHMS IN JESOLO (ITALY)

International Music and Folklore Dance Festival "Venice Fest" was held from 13th to 17th of June, 2019 in Jesolo and Venice (Italy). The event was attended by 380 musicians, singers and dancers from Ukraine, Bulgaria, Montenegro and UK.

 Festival evening was organized on June 14th in Piazza Torino in Lido di Jesolo, where the ensembles showed their amazing performances. Artistic directors of the groups received certificates and gifts for their honorable presentation at the festival stage.

 During the festival days, participants enjoyed the wonderful and sunny beach of Jesolo, they also visited the town built in the water - Venice and its beautiful canals.
