INVITATION

With pleasure we INVITE folk ensembles, choral groups, orchestras, brass bands, majorette teams, vocal groups, and art schools (children, youth, and adult groups) to participate in the XVI International Music & Dance Festival “ DUBAI FESTIVAL DAYS” from 11 - 17 February 2026 in Dubai, UAE.

 NOTE: If you have a flight ticket to arrive a day before or after, it is not a problem; we only need to be informed to give you permission for that.

The festival is part of an international event in Dubai. The light motive of the Festival is to present the cultural traditions of different countries and to provide an opportunity for members of groups to gather, establish friendships, and share cultural presentations through dance and music in the amazing world city of Dubai. The idea of the Festival is to bring music closer to people and to present it on the streets and squares.

Dubai is one of seven emirates that comprise the United Arab Emirates (UAE). The other six emirates are Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah, Sharjah and Umm Al Quwain. Specifically, Dubai is positioned on the northern coastline of the UAE, facing the Arabian Gulf. It is bordered by Abu Dhabi to the south, Sharjah to the northeast and the Sultanate of Oman to the southeast. Dubai is easy to reach from Africa, Asia and Europe – and within an eight-hour flight for two-thirds of the world's population – which has helped to turn the city into a global hub and a popular holiday destination. It is amaizing city and one of the most visited city in the world.

 GENERAL RULES

-  Every group has the right to participate. This is a non-competitive sample of traditional and modern dances, brass bands, orchestras, modern dance groups, choral groups, majorette teams, instrumental groups, and soloists, as well as groups and performers from other art styles.

 -   Participation is limited to only 3 groups per country.

 -  Each group should consist of a maximum of 50 members including dancers, managers, musicians, and family members.

 -  Groups should prepare a program of 12–15 minutes, live or on USB.

 -  Choral groups should prepare a free program of about 12 minutes.

 -  Performances will be held in the evening hours, leaving time for excursions and sightseeing during the day.

 -  Groups should send a short CV (5–6 sentences in English), 3 photos of the group, and a video link of a performance. 

 -  Groups must organize their own transport for arrival and departure. If you arrive ny plane we can organise transfer from Dubai or Abu Dhabi airport and we will inform you how much it will cost depends of number of people.

* Participation Fee:

 - 4 BB (4 nights / 5 days with breakfast ) – €189 per person

 - 5 BB (5 nights / 6 days with breakfast ) – €249 per person

ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION

Accommodation will be provided in a luxury 4* hotel: MD Hotel Al Barsha or 4* Grand Excelsior hotel Al Barsha

Rooms: Triple rooms (standard) and quadriples .

 Double room supplement: €20 per person per night.,Single room supplement: €35 per person per night. Additional nights at €49 per person per day (BB) in a 4* hotel, triple rooms and quadriple rooms

Meals: Buffet breakfast included. Optional dinner available for €20 per person at the hotel open buffet. VISSA FREE for all citizens of  EU countries.

 Tourist Tax: €2.5 per person per day and it is additional payment.

Festival organizers provide:

 - For 35 participants – one free of charge (35+1)

 -  Souvenir and gift for each group

 -  Certificate of attendance

 -  Drinks during performance

-    advertising of the festival  

Insurance: Personal responsibility and health insurance are required. First aid and medical services are available, but expenses must be covered by participants.

Flights: Wizz Air and other airlines offer direct flights to Dubai International Airport, as well as flights to Abu Dhabi. Transfers from Abu Dhabi to Dubai are available for €32 per person round trip including the bus transfer from the hotel to the airport and back and transfer from the hotel to the festival venue and back.

  PROGRAM INFORMATION

Day 1

 13:00 – Arrival in Dubai, hotel check-in, and free time (beach).

 21:00 – Meeting with festival representatives.

Day 2

 09:00 – 10:00 – Breakfast.

 10:00 – 18:00 – Sightseeing tour of Dubai (optional).

 21:00 – Free time in Dubai ( visiting Music Fountain at the night and Dubai Mall)

Day 3

 09:00 – 10:00 – Breakfast.

 10:30 – 16:00 – Visit to Butterfly Garden or Miracle Garden (optional) or beach time.

 18:00 – 21:00 – Festival Evening (12 minute performances per group).

Day 4

 09:00 – 10:00 – Breakfast.

 10:30 – 17:00 – Desert Safari (optional) or visit Dubai Mall with fountains.

 21:00 – Free time (visit Dubai Marina).

Day 5

 09:00 – 11:00 – Breakfast.

 10:30 – 18:00 – Visit to the traditional market in Greek Dubai, or visit the Eye of Dubai and Madame Tussaud’s Museum, or Dubai Frame.

 19:00 – Integration Day (workshops and dance lessons with other groups in hotel ) (optional).

Day 6

 09:00 – 11:00 – Breakfast.

 10:00 – Departure.

Optional Extension:

 Day 6 – Free time, beach or excursion to Abu Dhabi. Evening free at music fountains.

 Day 7 – Free time, beach or excursion to Sharjah. Evening free at music fountains.

 Day 8 – Breakfast and departure.

 COMMUNICATION STEPS

Step 1 — Apply: Fill out the online application form with your group details. 

Step 2 — Confirmation: You’ll instantly receive an email confirming we got your application.

Step 3 — Application Number: Within 2 days you’ll receive your Application Number and required materials list.

Step 4 — Review: WOFA reviews your application and checks availability.

 Step 5 — Acceptance: If accepted, you’ll receive an Invitation Letter and deposit instructions. Deposit must be paid within 10 days.

 Step 6 — Secure Your Spot : Send us your deposit confirmation. Your participation is officially confirmed. 

Step 7 — Finalization: A WOFA coordinator will guide you through the final steps: participant list, travel details, and performance info.

EXCURSIONS INFORMATION

Optional excursions and activities offered by festival organizers:

Transfer Dubai Airport – Hotel – Dubai Airport (round trip).

 Transfer Abu Dhabi Airport – Hotel in Dubai – Abu Dhabi Airport (round trip).

 Dubai City Tour (half-day) – includes Medinat Jumeirah market, Little Venice, and Old Dubai (guide + transfer + ticket).

 Burj Khalifa Level 124/125 (tickets and transfers).

 Desert Safari with BBQ Dinner and Drinks (from 14:30, with jeep ride, dinner, and show).

 Abu Dhabi Tour (full day with lunch, 11:00–18:00, visit famous mosque and sightseeing).

 Dinner Cruise at Dubai Marina (20:00–22:00, with bus transfer, boat cruise, and dinner).

 Miracle Garden & Dubai Frame (tickets and transfers).

 Butterfly Garden & Global Village (tickets and transfers).

DUBAI FESTIVAL ANOTHER SUCCESSFUL STORY

From 25 February till 03 March on the stage of Dubai Festival city was held XI International Music &Dance DUBAI FESTIVAL DAYS

On the festival participated ensembles HORO from Sliven, Bulgaria, PATRIA from Katowice Poland, Staninaka from Asenovgrad, Bulgaria,KUD Branko Markovic from Surduk, Serbia, Bistrita from Sofia,Bulgaria…

Festival evening was held in Dubai festival city on 28 February….after wonderful performances the groups received Certificates on the stage..

During spare time they have excursions- Dubai sightseeing, Butch Khalifa view, Desert Safari, Dubai Marina cruse, Museum of Future, JBR beach and many many other attractions..
