INVITATION

We invite folklore groups, orchestras, majorettes, modern dance groups, choirs, and music bands from all over the world to participate in the festival in Rimini, Italy. There are no limits on the number of participants or age.

 PARTICIPATION FEE

179 Euro per person.
Additional days can be booked for 55 Euro per person per day.
For groups of 26 persons, one group leader participates free of charge.

 INCLUDED IN THE FEE

Participation in festival concerts.
Accommodation in 3-star hotels (2-3-4 bedded rooms).
Half-board (breakfast and dinner).
Diplomas and gifts.

Supplements:
6 Euro per person for a double room.
15 Euro per person per day for a single room.

 NOT INCLUDED IN THE FEE

Transport.
Optional programs (not arranged by the organizers).
Tourist tax (2 Euro per person per day, payable on-site).
Insurance.

 ACCOMMODATION

Participants will be accommodated in 3-star hotels with different room configurations (2-3-4 bedded).
Supplements apply for double rooms (€6 per person) and single rooms (€15 per person per day).

 PROGRAM

Day 1
Arrival in Rimini. Hotel check-in and meeting with group leaders.
Free time to enjoy the beach.
Dinner and overnight stay.

Day 2
Breakfast at the hotel.
Free time at the beach or optional boat trip.
Sightseeing tour of Rimini and Pesaro.
Performance in Rimini.
Dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3
Breakfast at the hotel.
Free time at the beach or optional boat trip.
Excursion to San Marino, exploring major landmarks.
Dinner and overnight stay.

Day 4
Breakfast at the hotel.
Departure of participants.

 EXCURSIONS

Participants can enjoy excursions in Rimini and its surroundings, including:

Sightseeing in Rimini: Tiberius Bridge, Piazza Cavour, Arch of Augustus, Castel Sismondo, Basilica Cattedrale, and the Roman Amphitheatre.
Visit to Pesaro: Castello di Fiorenzuola di Focara, Piazza Del Popolo, Villa Caprile, Cattedrale di San Terenzio, and Casa Rossini.
Optional visit to San Marino: Piazza della Libertà, Palazzo Pubblico, Cesta Tower, Montale Tower, and Basilica di San Marino.
