     With pleasure we INVITE you (folk groups, Choral groups,brass bands,  orchestras, majorette teams....), (children, youth and adults groups) to participate on International music & dance festival in KEMER, ANTALYA” from   26-30 June 

  Participants:

• Folk Dance
• Modern Dance
• Music
• Rhytmic Gymnastics
• Majorette Groups
• Dance Theatre

Conditions for participation:

• Participants have to come in Antalya on on 26 June - Thursday - check in time is 14.00; Departure on 30 June - Wednesday, check out time is 11.00 a.m.
• There is not any limit for participants number.
• Participants can use CD or live music.
• Participants will show their performance in place which is in accordance with the festival committee's decision.
• Festival commitee will organize the concerts in dependence with weather conditions.
• Participants should prepare 3-6 performances with duration maximum 10 minutes.
• Concerts are in open area - stage with dimensions 8*9 meter.
• Festival committee will provide a guide to all groups during the festival. Festival language is English.
• There will be historical and touristy trips for participiants in their spare time.
• Furthermore, there will be aquapark and yacht trip tours (with extra payment).
• The hotel in which the groups will be accommodated in is very close to the seaside - 3* Hotel (2-3 beds in each room).
• Triple rooms have 1 french bed and 1 single bed. Quadruple rooms have 1 french bed, 1 single bed and 1 extra bed. Extra bed is smaller than other beds.
• The hotel is on ALL INCLUSIVE base, including alcohol drinks.
• Every type of travel, health insurance and other insurances should be arranged by the groups.
• Groups should bring a flag of their country with them.
• There is no limit for the age of participants.
• After submitting of an application, groups need to send 5 different pictures and 1 video (which includes their performances).
• Airport transportations will be paid by the groups, yet festival committee can provide guidance for arrangements. The transportation between festival place and hotel will be provided by the festival committee.(Only by coming airplane). Airport transfer fee is 18 Euro per person (airport - hotel - airport).
• Ministry of Health regulations will be applied at the hotel entrance and exit.
• The rules of the local and national government on Covid 19 will be applied for the shows.

Participation fee:

• 130 Euro per person (4 nights in 4* and 5* hotels - 5 days All inclusive)
• Single room price is 47 Euro per person per day.
• Single room price is 58 Euro per person per day.
• Every 25 person, 1 person is free (25 paying + 1 free)

Triple rooms has 1 french bed and 1 single bed. Quadriple rooms has 1 french bed ,1 single bed and 1 extra bed. Extra bed smaller than other beds.
