    With pleasure we INVITE you (children, youth and adults groups) to participate on IV INTERNATIONAL ÖZDERE CULTURE AND ART DANCE FESTIVAL & COMPETITON in Ozdere,IZMIR from 15 - 19 June 2023

  The intention of our invitation  and the Festival light motive is to present the cultural tradition of different countries and to provide an opportunity for the members of groups to get together, to establish friendships and culture presentation trough dance and music.

  Conditions for participation:

• Participants must be age 15-45 years old. The Groups will stay at hotel 5 stars hotel. The number of participants must be 35 person ( 3musician, 2 driver, dancer and leader) Groups will stay 3 persons in room (1 French bed and 1 Single bed each room). The Festival Committee will give the group a total of 10 rooms. No any other room can be given. Live music obligated.
• The groups are requested to arrive in Özdere on 15 June  - 12:00 and depart on 19 June - 12:00, after breakfast. 
• Each group should bring flags of their countries with them.
• We will prefer for dance groups with live music but recorded music also acceptable.  
• Each participant will receive an attendance certificate.
• Participating groups will be rewarded for the best music, best costume, best performance  and  choreography.
• Pocket money will not be paid to the groups by Festival Committee. Festival Committee will provide 250 liters fuel if group arrive own bus.
• The groups will prepare 8-10 minutes programs. All groups have to prepare minimum 2 different performances in different costumes.
• We request a book showing your country's Folk Dance clothes and a local big doll model of your country symbol.

Participation fee:

• 80 Euro per person for 4 nights / 5 days, half board

 Participation fee includes:

• Accommodation in a Hotel 
• Organizational expenses,

Any group willing to participate must submit an Application form.
Approved groups pay in advance a 10% guarantee fee, which is to be deducted at the final payment.

As a next step, the group pays in advance 1000 Euro (which is not reimbursable in case of declination of participation). The rest of the amount is to be paid 15 days before the festival or at the group’s arrival to the hotel, according to the agreement.
