    With pleasure we INVITE you ,(children, youth and adults groups) to participate on VI  International  festival in LEFKADA MUSIC FEST in AGRINIO,GREECE 24 - 29 August 2022

        We have the pleasure to announce the organization of the 4th International Folkloric Festival , in our town  Agrinio  on 24th to 29th August 2022 with the participation of 10 International groups and 10 Greece groups   

  Agrinio is a town of 100.000 inhabitants .It is situated on the west of Greece at about 30 km far from the sea. It is the commercial center of the region around. Agrinio lies close to the biggest lake named Trihonida and the biggest Greek river named Aheloos www.discoverAgrinio.gr                                                                                       

Conditions for  participation to this festival:

1.- Every participating group must not count more than 35 persons.

2.-The dancers’ age has to be between 18 and 50 years.

3.-Every group has to present traditional dances and give performances that represent its country, wearing corresponding traditional suits of clothes in accompanied of traditional musicians or music from USB.

4.All the groups will lodge into a student hostel or new schools.

 *(Also if you want we can find hotel  with your cost)

5.The organizers, will cover the charges of every group’s lodgment and feeding (2 meals)

6.-During the festival you can visit archaeological sites near Agrinio as also the nearest beach for swimming in the sea. Lefkas ,Nafpaktos, Mesologi beaches.

8.Please answer , till 20 March2022 and send  us at the same time a description of your group with a short report of your activities (in English), some photos and parts of your performances.

9.-The transportation of all groups will be done at our expense in our municipality (200 euro petrol) and of course from Athens airport and back.

10.Every   group has to bring its own national flag .

11.The group arranges its own insurance including medical (except first-aid).

12.As soon as you will be chosen to take part in our festival, an official invitation will be sent to you. 

The selected groups pay only 30 euro registration fee.
