X International Children Folk Fest ''MARMARIS FEST''

INVITATION
We are pleased to INVITE folklore groups, modern dance ensembles, choirs, majorette teams, and orchestras from all over the world to participate in the International Festival of Dance, Music, and Culture, taking place from April 22 – 26, 2026. This festival provides a unique platform for cultural exchange, artistic expression, and international friendship.
PARTICIPATION INFORMATION
The festival welcomes folk dance, modern dance, choirs, majorettes, and orchestras. Each country may participate with one group per category. There is no age limit for dancers. Groups are requested to bring their national flags. Each performance should last between 5–10 minutes, and music can be performed live or via USB. A list of participants—including dancers, musicians, leaders, and drivers with ages and genders—must be submitted by March 1, 2026. Participation fee is €195 per person for 4 nights and 5 days in a 4-star hotel, all-inclusive. Please note that the festival committee does not cover any fees for attending groups.
ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION
Participants will stay in 4-star hotel accommodations with rooms for 3–4 persons. Each group will be provided with two double rooms at no extra charge. Additional double rooms are available for €10 per person per day, and single rooms are available for €17 per person per day. Three buffet meals per day are included, with drinks provided throughout the stay. Packed or regular meals will be served depending on the performance schedule.
TRANSPORTATION INFORMATION
Airport transfers from Dalaman Airport to the hotel and back, as well as festival-related transfers, can be arranged for €600. Groups arriving by their own bus may use it during the festival for trips up to 5 km per transfer.
