INVITATION
With pleasure we INVITE folk ensembles, choral groups, orchestras, brass bands, majorette teams, vocal groups, and art schools (children, youth, and adult groups) to participate in the I International Music & Dance Festival “MAGICAL DUBAI” from 11 – 17 December 2025 in Dubai, UAE.
If you have a flight ticket to arrive a day before or after, it is not a problem; we only need to be informed to give you permission for that.
The festival is part of an international event in Dubai. The light motive of the Festival is to present the cultural traditions of different countries and to provide an opportunity for members of groups to gather, establish friendships, and share cultural presentations through dance and music in the amazing world city of Dubai. The idea of the Festival is to bring music closer to people and to present it on the streets and squares.
GENERAL RULES
Every group has the right to participate. This is a non-competitive sample of traditional and modern dances, brass bands, orchestras, modern dance groups, choral groups, majorette teams, instrumental groups, and soloists, as well as groups and performers from other art styles.
Participation is limited to only 3 groups per country.
Each group should consist of a maximum of 50 members including dancers, managers, musicians, and family members.
Groups should prepare a program of 12–15 minutes, live or on USB.
Choral groups should prepare a free program of about 12 minutes.
Performances will be held in the evening hours, leaving time for excursions and sightseeing during the day.
Groups should send a short CV (5–6 sentences in English), 3 photos of the group, and a video link of a performance.
Groups must bring their national flag.
Groups must organize their own transport for arrival and departure.
ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION
Accommodation will be provided in a luxury 4* hotel: MD Hotel Al Barsha.

Rooms: Triple rooms (standard).
Double room supplement: €18 per person per night.
Single room supplement: €30 per person per night.
Meals: Buffet breakfast included. Optional dinner available for €20 per person at the hotel.
Participation Fees:
4 BB (4 nights / 5 days) – €189 per person
5 BB (5 nights / 6 days) – €249 per person
Additional Costs:
Tourist Tax: €2.5 per person per day
Government Property Tax: €4 per room per day (payable at reception)
Festival organizers provide:

Drinks during performance
Optional Extension: Additional nights at €49 per person per day (BB) in a 4* hotel, triple rooms.
Insurance: Personal responsibility and health insurance are required. First aid and medical services are available, but expenses must be covered by participants.
Flights: Wizz Air and other airlines offer direct flights to Dubai International Airport, as well as flights to Abu Dhabi. Transfers from Abu Dhabi to Dubai are available for €32 per person.

Day 1
13:00 – Arrival in Dubai, hotel check-in, and free time (beach).
21:00 – Meeting with festival representatives.
Day 2
09:00 – 10:00 – Breakfast.
10:00 – 18:00 – Sightseeing tour of Dubai (optional).
21:00 – Free time in Dubai.
Day 3
09:00 – 10:00 – Breakfast.
10:30 – 16:00 – Visit to Butterfly Garden or Miracle Garden (optional) or beach time.
18:00 – 21:00 – Festival Evening (10–12 minute performances per group).
Day 4
09:00 – 10:00 – Breakfast.
10:30 – 17:00 – Desert Safari (optional) or visit Dubai Mall with fountains.
18:00 – Integration Day (workshops and dance lessons with other groups).
Day 5
09:00 – 11:00 – Breakfast.
10:30 – 18:00 – Visit to the traditional market in Greek Dubai, or visit the Eye of Dubai and Madame Tussaud’s Museum, or Dubai Frame.
21:00 – Free time (visit Dubai Marina).
Day 6
09:00 – 11:00 – Breakfast.
10:00 – Departure.
Optional Extension:
Day 6 – Free time, beach or excursion to Abu Dhabi. Evening free at music fountains.
Day 7 – Free time, beach or excursion to Sharjah. Evening free at music fountains.
Day 8 – Breakfast and departure.
COMMUNICATION STEPS
Step 1 — Apply
Fill out the online application form with your group details.
Step 2 — Confirmation
You’ll instantly receive an email confirming we got your application.
Step 3 — Application Number
Within 2 days you’ll receive your Application Number and required materials list.
Step 4 — Review
WOFA reviews your application and checks availability.
Step 5 — Acceptance
If accepted, you’ll receive an Invitation Letter and deposit instructions.
Deposit must be paid within 10 days.
Step 6 — Secure Your Spot
Send us your deposit confirmation. Your participation is officially confirmed.
Step 7 — Finalization
A WOFA coordinator will guide you through the final steps: participant list, travel details, and performance info.
