INVITATION

With great pleasure, we invite folk ensembles, choral groups, orchestras, brass bands, majorette teams, vocal groups, art schools, and other performers (children, youth, and adult groups) to participate in the XII International Music & Dance Festival “EYE OF DUBAI” from 17–22 December 2025, in Dubai, UAE.

The festival’s mission is to present the cultural traditions of different countries, offering an opportunity for participants to establish friendships and showcase their cultures through dance and music in the amazing world city of Dubai. The idea of the Festival is to bring music closer to people, showcasing performances on streets and squares.


 GENERAL RULES

The festival is open to all groups as a non-competitive showcase of traditional and modern dances, brass bands, orchestras, modern dance groups, choral groups, majorette teams, instrumental groups, soloists, and performers from other art styles. Only three groups per country may participate. Each group may include up to 50 members, including dancers, managers, musicians, and family members.

Every group should prepare a 15-minute program or provide a USB with the performance. Choral groups should prepare a free program of 12 minutes. Groups must send a short CV (5–6 sentences in English), three photos, and a video link of a previous performance. Each group must bring its national flag. Transportation for arrival and departure must be arranged by the groups themselves.


 ACCOMMODATION INFO

Accommodation is provided at luxury 4-star hotels in Dubai with breakfast (buffet). The MD Hotel Al Barsha, located near the Mall of Emirates, features an outdoor swimming pool, spa, and free shuttle service to the beach. Rooms are available in triple occupancy, with an additional 15 EUR per person for double rooms on request.

The participation fee is :

189 EUR for 4 nights (breakfast included)

239 EUR for 5 nights (breakfast included).

Dinner at the hotel is available for 20 EUR per person (open buffet).

Festival organizers provide one free place for every 35 participants (35+1), souvenirs and gifts for each group, certificates for attendance, and drinks during the performance.

Additional costs include a tourist tax of 2.5 EUR per person per day and a visa for Dubai, depending on nationality (EU citizens do not require a visa). Groups must arrange personal responsibility and health insurance, as medical services are available but at the group’s expense.

Participants wishing to extend their stay may do so at a rate of 49 EUR per night (breakfast included), with options for triple rooms or apartments for four people.


 PROGRAM INFO

Day 1: Arrival in Dubai after 13:00, hotel accommodation, and free time at the beach. In the evening, at 20:00, a meeting with the festival representative and an arranged excursion.

Day 2: Buffet breakfast between 09:00 and 11:00. From 10:30 to 18:00, visit to the traditional market in Greek Dubai or the Eye of Dubai and Madame Tussauds Museum, followed by a visit to the Dubai Frame. At 20:00, free time at the Dubai Music Fountains.

Day 3: Buffet breakfast between 09:00 and 10:00. From 10:30 to 17:00, optional Desert Safari, excursion to Abu Dhabi, or free time at the beach or Dubai Mall. In the evening, from 18:00 to 21:00, Festival Evening with 12–15 minute performances, followed by certificates and gifts.

Day 4: Buffet breakfast between 09:00 and 10:00. From 11:00 to 18:00, optional sightseeing in Dubai. At 21:00, free time at the Dubai Music Fountains.

Day 5: Buffet breakfast between 09:00 and 10:00. From 10:30 to 16:00, Festival Evening or optional visit to the Miracle Garden or free time at the beach. From 21:00 to 23:00, party at the hotel for the socialization of groups.

Day 6: Buffet breakfast between 09:00 and 10:00. From 10:30 to 19:00, optional Desert Safari, beach time, or a visit to Dubai Mall. At 21:00, free time at JBR Street and Dubai Marina.

Day 7: Buffet breakfast between 09:00 and 10:00. From 10:30 to 19:00, optional Desert Safari, beach time, or visit to Dubai Mall. At 21:00, free time in Dubai.

Day 8: Buffet breakfast between 08:00 and 11:00. Departure at 10:00.

Step 2 — Confirmation

You’ll instantly receive an email confirming we got your application.

Step 3 — Application Number

Within 2 days you’ll receive your Application Number and required materials list.

Step 4 — Review

WOFA reviews your application and checks availability.

Step 5 — Acceptance

If accepted, you’ll receive an Invitation Letter and deposit instructions.

Deposit must be paid within 10 days.

Step 6 — Secure Your Spot

Send us your deposit confirmation. Your participation is officially confirmed.

Step 7 — Finalization

A WOFA coordinator will guide you through the final steps: participant list, travel details, and performance info.

Festival organizers provide a stage for the performances.
The official festival program will be provided one month before the arrival date.

 EXCURSION INFORMATION

The organizers, in cooperation with local partners, offer optional excursions and transfers. Airport transfers are available for Dubai Airport and Abu Dhabi Airport. Guided city tours include half-day sightseeing in Dubai with Medinat Jumeirah market and Little Venice, as well as Burj Khalifa tickets for levels 124/125.

Other options include a Desert Safari with jeep ride, dinner, and show, a full-day Abu Dhabi tour with mosque visit, sightseeing, and lunch, and a dinner cruise at Dubai Marina with boat cruising and dinner. Participants may also visit the Miracle Garden and Dubai Frame, or the Butterfly Garden and Global Village.
