With pleasure we INVITE (folk ensembles,choral groups,orchestras,brass bands, majorette teams,vocal groups,art schools..) (children, youth and adult groups) to participate on XII International Music & Dance festival “EYE OF DUBAI” 17 - 22 December DUBAI,UAE 2025
The intention of our invitation and the Festival light motive is to present the cultural tradition of different countries and to provide an opportunity for the members of groups to get together, to establish friendships and culture presentation trough dance and music in amaizing world city DUBAI. The idea of the Festival is to bring the music closer to the people and to present the music on the streets and the squares.
DUBAI - amaizing city..Dubai is a city and emirate in the United Arab Emirates known for luxury shopping, ultramodern architecture and a lively nightlife scene. Burj Khalifa, an 830m-tall tower, dominates the skyscraper-filled skyline. At its foot lies Dubai Fountain, with jets and lights choreographed to music. On artificial islands just offshore is Atlantis, The Palm, a resort with water and marine-animal parks.More info on www.visitdubai.com
General rules :
- Every Group has the right to participate. iIt is a non-competitive sample of traditional and modern dances, brass bands, orchestras, modern dance groups, choral groups, majorette teams, instrumental groups and soloists, as well as groups and performers from other art styles.
- The number of participants are limited (only 3 groups from each country),
- Each group should consist of most 50 members including dancers, managers,musicians and family members,
- Ensemble should have prepared 15 minutes dance or music or USB.
- For choral groups should prepare free program about 12 minutes The performances will be in the evening hours so you can plan the day ahead and use it for excursions.
- To send us short CV )5-6 sentences on English), 3 photos of the group and link of video performance
- To take a flag of the country,
- Groups should have there own transport for arrival and departure,

10.30 – 17.00 Safari in desert of DUBAI (optional),visiting ABU DABI (optional) or beach time or visiting Dubai mall with fountaines)
18.00 - 21.00 Festival evening (12-15 minutes program of each group, music on USB, certificates and gifts for the group)

Participation fee:
- 189 euro for 4 BB per person (4 nights with breakfast)
- 239 euro for 5 BB per person (5 nights with breakfast)

Hotel has outdoor swimming pool, Spa it is located near MALL of EMIRATES .. To hotel arrive every day shuttle bus from municipality for the beach and it is free for guest in hotel..Dinner is additional payment of 20 euro per person (open buffet) Festival organizers provide:
- for 35 dancers – one gratis (35+1)
- souvenir and gift for each group,
- Certificate for attendance,
- drinks during performance
- advertising of the festival (press release, news letters, posters)
NOT include:
- tourist tax ( 2,5 euro per person per day)
- vissa for Dubai (depends of the country/ for EU country not need vissa),
INSURANCE:
Personal responsibility and health insurance are within the other obligations of the groups. First Aid and Medical Hospital will be available, medical services must be covered by the group.
On your request, You can continue your stay in DUBAI. Price will be 49 euro BB in 4* hotels – price is special for the participants in festivals that we can provide in triple rooms or apartment for 4 people
After the festival finish organizers will send you link of the photos and videos from the festival program for each group and photos..
The festival will organize the transfer for the groups coming by plane by picking them up from Airport. The cost of the transportation will be covered by the group and will be additionally agreed according to their number.
Wizz Air has direct flight from many countries to Dubai International airport than from other cities to Abu Dhabi airport or Sharjah airport.
Number of seats is limited on 300.

3.Dubai city tour half day incl. Medinat Jumeirah market and little Venice with old Dubai (guide + transfer + ticket)
4. Burch Kalifa level 124/125 (tickets and transfers)
5. Desert Safari with BBQ dinner and drinks (from 14.30 they are coming to the hotel and take you with geeps and going in desert than in villige camp where will be dinner and show , back ate 22.30 at the evening)
6. Abu Dhabi Tour (full day with lunch) (from 11.00 in the morning to 18.00 at the evening going to famoues mosque in ABu Dhabi, than sightseeing with guide and go to lunch - open buffet )
7. Dinner cruse with boat to Dubai Marina i ( at 20..00 start from Dubai Marina boat and go to the Dubai Marina crusing ( wonderfull wiew of Dubai) and on the boat you have dinner with soft drinks so arrive around 22.00)(including bus transfer to the Dubai Marina, boat crusing and dinner)

News about the festival 08 March 2022
International Festival "EYE OF DUBAI" was held from 01 - 06 March 2022 in amazing city of DUBAI,UAE.Festival evening was held on EXPO DUBAI on Romanian pavilion with groups of Romania and Lithuania where have performance on the stage.. The vice - president of WOFA ,Mr. Zoran Strezovski addressed the opening speech greeted the participants and thanked for their participation in the festival..also he thanks to the team from the Romanian pavilion for the warm welcome.On behalf of WOFA - World Festival Association, he appealed for the war in Ukraine to stop and the normal life to return as soon as possible, emphasizing that a group from Ukraine was supposed to participate in the festival, but due to the terrible war, they canceled their participation. After that, each group had a performance where they presented their tradition and dance. At the end, the leaders of the groups were invited to the stage where they were awarded certificates for their participation.
