FESTIVAL CONDITIONS

Event Details

• Dates: June 27 – July 1, 2025
• Location: Istanbul, Turkey
• Check-in: 14:00 | Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Application Deadline: March 15, 2025

PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS

• There is no limit to the number of participants in each group.
• Participants may use CD or live music for their performances.
• Performances will take place in venues designated by the festival committee.
• The festival committee will adjust schedules based on weather conditions.
• Groups are required to prepare one performance of up to 8 minutes.
• Choir groups have one performance of up to 10 minutes.
• Performances will be held in an open area with a stage size of 8 x 9 meters.
• Each group must bring their national flags.
• No age limits for performers.

PERMITTED PERFORMANCE CATEGORIES

• Folk Dance
• Modern Dance
• Music (Ethnic, Choir, Folk)
• Traditional Children's Street Games
• Rhythmic Gymnastics
• Dance Theatre

LOGISTICS & SUPPORT

• The festival will provide a guide for each group.
• The official festival language is English.
• Historical and sightseeing trips will be available during free time.
• The festival committee will arrange local transportation between the hotel and festival venues.
• Airport transfers are available at €30 per person (round trip).
• The festival committee can assist with arranging additional transport services if needed.

ACCOMMODATION DETAILS

• Accommodation in a 4★ hotel (Hilton Garden Inn, Hilton Hampton)
• Bed & Breakfast (Triple Room): €180 per person for the festival duration.
• Double Room: €50 per person per night.
• Single Room: €90 per person per night.
• Triple rooms include one French bed and one single bed.
• Every 25 participants, 1 person stays free (25 paying, 1 free).
• Payments will be made in cash at check-in.

INSURANCE & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Travel, health, and other insurances are the responsibility of each group.

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS

• Groups must submit 5 different pictures and 1 performance video showcasing their talent.
• First deposit is 10% of the whole payment.
• Second deposit is  €1,000 deposit must be paid by March 15, 2025, to confirm participation.
