We invite you to join us in the historic and vibrant city of Athens, Greece.
Athens, the historic capital of Europe and the cradle of Western civilization, is a place where the glorious past merges with modern vitality. With the Acropolis dominating its skyline and world-famous monuments such as the Parthenon, the Ancient Agora, and the Temple of Olympian Zeus, Athens is the ultimate meeting point for cultural events. Bustling neighborhoods like Plaka and Monastiraki create the perfect backdrop for an unforgettable cultural exchange during the festival from 10–13 July 2026.
Festival Welcomes:
Traditional Folk Dance Groups, Choirs, and Orchestras from all over the world.
General Rules:
Performance lasting up to 12 minutes (CD/flash or live orchestra).
Bring national flag and club banner (if available).
No participant limit.
Send completed Entry Form via email.
Groups arrange their own transport. Optional excursions available.
ACCOMMODATION
Accommodation in selected 3-star or 4-star hotels in Athens.
Participation Fee:
215 EUR per person for 3 nights in a 3-star hotel with breakfast.
265 EUR per person for 3 nights in a 4-star hotel with breakfast.
Additional Costs:
Longer stay: 60 EUR per person per day (3-star) or 78 EUR per person per day (4-star).
Half board: depends on selected hotel.
Residence tax (paid directly at the hotel).
Medical care and insurance for participants.
Included by Organizers:
One free participation per 25 persons.
Individual certificates, photos, and videos.
Transportation from the hotel to the event venue and back.
Treats and drinks on the day of the performance.
Memorial gifts and souvenirs.
PROGRAM
Day 1 – Friday, 10 July 2026
14:00 – Arrival at the hotel and check-in.
Welcome by festival representative.
Free time for rest, walking, entertainment, or optional excursion.
Day 2 – Saturday, 11 July 2026
Breakfast at the hotel.
Free day for activities or optional excursion.
20:30 – Optional traditional Greek party with live music, dances, food, and drinks.
Distribution of gifts and participation certificates.
Day 3 – Sunday, 12 July 2026
Breakfast at the hotel.
Free day for activities or optional excursion.
19:00 – Departure from hotel in traditional costumes for the event at the open Amphitheater in Peristeri.
Festival program with souvenir distribution by the local Municipality.
Treats, drinks, and water served after the event.
Day 4 – Monday, 13 July 2026
Breakfast at the hotel.
Departure of the groups.

Guided tours and excursions in and around Athens (prices depend on the number of participants).
