    With pleasure we INVITE (folk ensembles, choral groups, orchestras,brass bands,majorette teams and modern dance groups),(children, youth and adult groups  ) to participate on XI  International Folk – dance & music festival “SAMSUN YOUTH FESTIVAL  13 – 18 May , Samsun,Turkey 2023

  The intention of our invitation  and the Festival light motive is to present the cultural tradition of different countries and to provide an opportunity for the members of groups to get together, to establish friendships and culture presentation trough dance and music.The idea of the Festival is to bring the music closer to the people and to present the music on the streets and the squares.            The festival is open for folk and choir ensembles, as well as orchestras and majorettes regardless of the members gender and age.

Samsun - is very famoues tourist place on the black see in Turkey.iT  is a city on the north coast of Turkey with a population over half a million people. It is the provincial capital of Samsun Province and a major Black Sea port. The growing city has two universities, several hospitals, shopping malls, much light manufacturing industry, sports facilities and an opera

GENERAL RULES:                          

 Internatıonal “ Samsun Youth Festival” will be arranged between 14 - 19 May 2022 in Samsun.

Participants have to come Samsun on 14 May Friday ( check in time is 11.00) and leaving time is 20 May Monday , starting from 11.00 a.m (after breakfast)

- The total number of participants must be at most 35 ( including drivers,

coreographs,managers)- Participants can use USB or live music .

- Participants will show their performance in place which is in accordance with the festival committee’s decision.

- Festival commitee will take care of weather conditions.

- While festival,participants will prepare their performance ,3 - 6 and at most 10 minutes longer.

-Performance will showed in open area.Performances will showed in areas which are 8 * 10 meter.

- Festival committee will give a guide to all groups while festival.Festival language is English.

- There will be historical and touristy trips for participiants in free times.

- While festival, every groups security will be ensured by festival committee.

- The youth camp which groups will accommodated in seaside .( 3-4 bed each room all rooms has TV ,klimate and refrigeratore bath and wc are in the rooms.)

- Performers must be between 15 – 26 age years old. (There is no age limit for musicians.)

- Each group should bring the flags of their countries with them.

Participiant fee :

-  80 euro for per person .(5 Full Board).  Every 25 person 26 Person is free.

 Festival organizers provide:

-         for 23 dancers – one gratis,

-         souvenir and gift for each group,

-         Welcome reception with drink for leaders of the group

-         Certificate for attendance,

-         Drinks during performances,

-         free parking

-         advertising of the festival (social medium promotions, posters)

INSURANCE:
Personal responsibility and health insurance are within the other obligations of the groups. First Aid and Medical Hospital will be available, medical services must be covered by the group.

On your request,  You can continue your stay in Paralia. Price will be 25 Euro per day per person FB – price is special for the participants in festivals that we can provide.

After Groups arrived in Hotel will be given detailed program of the festival and each group will have guide during festival.

    After the festival finish organizers will send you LINK WHERE YOU CAN FIND PHOTOS AND VIDEOS FROM THE FESTIVAL.

   The festival will organize the transport for the groups coming by plane by picking them up from iSTANBUL  Airport  The cost of the transportation will be covered by the group and will be additionally agreed according to their number.
