With pleasure we INVITE you (Folk ensembles, Choral groups, Ballroom dance teams, art schools, Music theatre, modern dance teams, orchestras and majorette teams), (children and youth  groups) to participate on  XIII. International Music & Dance Festival in ROME from 26- 30 July  ROME,ITALY. 2023

Festival Program

1 Day 26.07.

14:00 Arrival to Rome. Accommodation in the selected accommodation unit.

19:00 Dinner

Free time for the individual activities.

Overnight.

2 Day 27.07.

07:30 Breakfast

10:00 Briefing with the organizers, other participating ensembles, local ensembles, and the local authorities.

17:30 Dinner

19:00 Gathering of the groups. Defile.

19:30 Opening ceremony of the festival.

Performances of the groups (The detailed program of the festival and  the order of appearances will be submitted to the groups on their arrival)

 Closing ceremony of the festival, plaque and diploma award, exchange of the presents between the groups and the organizers. End of the festival.

3 Day 28.07.

07:30 Breakfast

09:30 Optional city sightseeing tour, La piazza di Spagna, Via Cavour, Italian Parliament, visit of Colosseo, Fontana di Trevi, Fontana di Quattro cavalli, Piramide, Foro Romano. Optional Vatican city tour, St.Peter`s Basilica, the Sistine chapel and the Vatican museums.

19:00 Dinner

4 Day 29.07.

07:30 Breakfast

Free time for the individual activities

19:00 Dinner

Party in the typical Italian restaurant with the live music (Optional)

5 Day 30.07.

07:30 Breakfast

12:00 Departure of the groups. End of service

Participation fee:

- 169 euro in standard  hotel 4HB - 4 nights with 3 meals per day)

Price includes:

Accommodation in the hotel in base HB / breakfast and dinner /

Participation on the festival

Plaques, Souvenirs, diploma, photo, DVD.

Companion during the festivaL

Price does not include:

Optional excursions, night outs, parties, sightseeing, bus parking fee (where required), foreigner city tax (where required, for the participants above 14. Y.o. excluded the group leaders and drivers)

Insurance for passengers. Other individual costs of the participants.

SUPPLEMENTS:

Supplement for the extension of stay: 39€ per day per person 3***Hotel

Supplement for the double room 5€ per day/per person Supplement for the single room 22€ Per day/Per person

All excursions shall be booked up to 14 days before the start of the festival. Organizing Committee can not guarantee the realization of Excursions, ordered after the time-limit or during the festival

Note: all ensembles must provide their own music, orchestra or USB with music. Each ensemble is obligated to prepare a performance 10 - 15 minutes in duration.
