INVITATION

We invite you to the XXI International Folklore Festival in Rimini, Italy. This festival gathers ensembles from around the world to celebrate cultural diversity through dance, music, and tradition in one of Italy’s most beautiful summer resorts.

 FESTIVAL HIGHLIGHTS

Participants from Italy, Slovenia, Poland, Ukraine, Greece, Turkey, Serbia, Indonesia, India, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania, Russia, Armenia, Lithuania, Latvia, Bulgaria, Hungary, and more.
Cultural performances in the vibrant city of Rimini.
Excursions to San Marino, Venice, Verona, Padova, or Trieste.
Social events, sightseeing, and entertainment.

 PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS

Each ensemble must perform a 10–15 minute program.
Groups must provide their own music, either live orchestra or recorded music on CD/USB.

 PARTICIPATION FEE

125 € per person (payable in installments before departure).

INCLUDES
Hotel accommodation in 3★ hotels (examples: Sombrero, Diamond, Tamanco, Lily, Morfeo, Marabello, Picador, La Torretta Bramante, ABC Hotel, Stacolli, Apis, Madrid, etc.).
Half-board service (breakfast & dinner in shared 1/3 or 1/4 rooms).
Festival organization expenses.
Certificates & plaques.
Professional event coordination & assistance.
Invitation letter for visa applications.
1 free seat for every 25 participants.

NOT INCLUDED
Tourist tax (2.5 € per person/day for participants over 16 years old, depending on hotel category).
Optional excursions: San Marino 20 € (10 € with own bus), Venice 25 € (15 € with own bus), Bologna 15 € (10 € with own bus).
Nightclub events 10–15 €.
Additional day in a hotel (half-board): from 50 € depending on the hotel.
Visa and travel insurance (visas are free for cultural-art societies with an official invitation from an Italian cultural-art organization).

 APPLICATION & PAYMENT DETAILS

10% deposit is needed for festival participation (first invoice).
20% deposit is required to confirm hotel accommodation (second invoice).

 FESTIVAL PROGRAM

11 September 2025 – Arrival & Introduction to Rimini
Arrival of ensembles and hotel check-in.
Information meeting.
Tour of Rimini: Explore its beautiful beaches and historic city.
Free time for swimming and relaxation.
Dinner at the hotel.
Optional visit to Rimini’s famous nightclubs.
Overnight stay.

12 September 2025 – Festival & Parade
Breakfast at the hotel.
Festival Day:
Preparation for the festival parade.
City Parade through Rimini.
Cultural performances.
Presentation of certificates and plaques.
Dinner at the hotel.
Optional nightclub event.
Overnight stay.

13 September 2025 – Excursion & Social Night
Breakfast at the hotel.
Optional half-day tour to San Marino:
Visit Garibaldi Monument, Porta San Francesco, and Liberty Square.
Return to Rimini.
Dinner at the hotel.
Optional social night at a nightclub.
Overnight stay.

14 September 2025 – Departure & Optional Tours
Breakfast at the hotel.
Departure of ensembles or optional excursion to Venice, Verona, Padova, or Trieste.
Return to point of departure.
