INVITATION
Welcome to the XIII International Music & Dance Festival “MONTENEGRO MUSIC FESTIVAL – ST. STEFAN”, taking place 24 June – 28 June in Budva- St. Stefan, Montenegro.
This non‑competitive festival brings together folklore ensembles, choral groups, modern dance teams, majorette squads, orchestras, and brass bands for cultural exchange, friendship, and celebration of music & dance along Montenegro’s stunning Adriatic coast.

- Evening parades & gala performances in Budva’s main square
- Beachfront venues & historic island stage at St. Stefan
- Daytime excursions: boat cruises, sightseeing, canyon tours
Participation Information
Regulations & Eligibility
- Open to international folklore groups, choral ensembles, modern dance companies, majorette teams, orchestras, brass bands
- Group size: up to 60 members (including performers, managers, musicians, family)
- Limit: max. 3 groups per country
- Each ensemble must perform two dances or pieces (10–15 min each)
- By applying, you agree to respect copyright and allow the Festival to use recordings
Application Requirements
- Short CV of the group
- 2–3 photographs of ensemble in performance attire
- National flag of your country
- Deadline: 1 June 2025
- Groups arrange their own arrival/departure transport (airport, bus, etc.)
Participation Fee
Festival Packages (Half Board – HB)
- €115 per person for 3 nights with half-board (2 meals per day).
- €150 per person for 4 nights with half-board (2 meals per day).
- €185 per person for 4 nights with half-board (2 meals per day).
- Additional double room is €10 per person for 1 night
- Aditional stay: €35

- 10 EUR per person per day for a double room supplement.
Tourist tax and insurance (1.50 EUR per person per day) to be paid additionally upon arrival at the hotel.
Transportation: for groups who are coming by plane, we can arrange transport from (Tivat or Podgorica airport) to Budva. (Paid additionaly)
Bus parking is additionally paid.
One free package per 30 dancers, two free packages for 60 dancers.
The festival organizers will offer a special rate of 30 EUR per day per person for participants who wish to extend their stay after the festival.

- Airport shuttle from Tivat Airport (costs covered by groups, arranged by organizers)
- Local festival transport during event days provided

Day 1
- 13:00 Arrival in Budva, hotel check‑in & free time (swimming/sunbathing)
- 19:00 Dinner at hotel
- 21:00 Free evening
Day 2
- 08:00–10:00 Breakfast
- 10:00–14:00 Budva sightseeing & boat cruise to St. Stefan (€14 pp)
- 17:30–19:00 Dinner at hotel
- 21:00 Welcome reception with group leaders
Day 3
- 08:00–09:00 Breakfast
- 09:00–18:00 Free time or optional boat trip to Tivat, Kotor, Herceg Novi
- 17:00–18:30 Dinner at hotel
- 19:00–23:00 Parade & festival evening performance (certificates & gifts)
Day 4
- 08:00–10:00 Breakfast
- 10:00–18:00 Free time or optional Aqua Park visit (€10 pp)
- 19:00–21:00 Dinner at hotel
- 21:00–00:00 Optional discotheque party
Day 5
- 09:00 Breakfast
- 11:00 Check‑out & departure
COMMUNICATION STEPS
Step 1 — Apply
Fill out the online application form with your group details.
Step 2 — Confirmation
You’ll instantly receive an email confirming we got your application.
Step 3 — Application Number
Within 2 days you’ll receive your Application Number and required materials list.
Step 4 — Review
WOFA reviews your application and checks availability.
Step 5 — Acceptance
If accepted, you’ll receive an Invitation Letter and deposit instructions.
Deposit must be paid within 10 days.
Step 6 — Secure Your Spot
Send us your deposit confirmation. Your participation is officially confirmed.
Step 7 — Finalization
A WOFA coordinator will guide you through the final steps: participant list, travel details, and performance info.
Important Details
Due to the exclusive location in the Old Town of Budva, stage is not allowed.
