   With pleasure we INVITE you (Folk ensembles, Choral groups, Ballroom dance teams, art schools, Music theatre, modern dance teams, orchestras and majorette teams), (children and youth  groups) to participate on   7.INTERNATIONAL ANTALYA AUTUMN FESTIVAL from  14 - 20 October  2024 in SIDE,Antalya.

 Antalya  is the fifth-most populous city in Turkey and the capital of its eponymous province. Located on Anatolia's southwest coast bordered by the Taurus Mountains, Antalya is the largest Turkish city on the Mediterranean coast with over one million people in its metropolitan area.

The city that is now Antalya was first settled around 200 BC by the Attalid dynasty of Pergamon, which was soon subdued by the Romans. Roman rule saw Antalya thrive, including the construction of several new monuments, such as Hadrian's Gate, and the proliferation of neighboring cities. The city has changed hands several times, including to the Seljuk Sultanate in 1207 and an expanding Ottoman Empire in 1391. Ottoman rule brought relative peace and stability for the next five hundred years. The city was transferred to Italian suzerainty in the aftermath of World War I, but was recaptured by a newly independent Turkey in the War of Independence.Antalya is Turkey's biggest international sea resort, located on the Turkish Riviera. Large-scale development and governmental funding has promoted tourism. A record 12.5 million tourists passed through the city in 2014.

 CONDITIONS:

Participants have to come Antalya on 14 October  (hotel check in time is 14.00) and leaving time is 20 October starting from 11.00 a.m (after breakfast)

- There is not any limit for participiant number.

- Participants can use USB or live music .

- Participant groups need to send 5 different pictures , 1 video (which includes their performances) about their groups , 

 -.Participants will show their performance in place which is in accordance with the festival committee’s decision.

- Festival commitee will take care of weather conditions.

- While festival,participants will prepare their performance ,3 - 6 and at most 10 minutes longer.

- Performance will showed in open area.Performances will showed in areas which are 8 * 10 meter.

-  There will be historical and touristy trips for participiants in free times.

-  Each group should bring flags of their countries with them,

PARTICIPATION FEE:

175 euro for 5 ALL INCLUSIVE days (5 nights, 6 days) in 5* hotel all inclusive including the drinks  (in 3 and 4 bedroom) from 24-29 October 

- 210 euro for 6 ALL INCLUSIVE days (6 nights, 6 days)  in 5 * hotel   (in 3 and 4 bedroom). from 24 October - 30 october

   Hotel accommodation in 5* hotel  with 3 meals per day open buffet and drinks (all inclusive services) in triple rooms and quadriple rooms.

 Triple rooms have 1 french bed and 1 single bed and  Quadruple rooms have 1 french bed, 1 single bed and 1 extra bed. Extra bed is smaller than other beds. or similar hotels..

Early check-in price is 15 Euro per person,includes food and bavarege service,not room

Late check-out price is 15 Euro per person,includes food and bavarege service,not room.

Double room price is 37 Euro per person per day.

Single room price is 58 Euro per person per day.

Festival organizers provide:

  • for 25 dancers – one gratis,
  • souvenir and gift for each group,
  • Welcome cocktail with leaders of the groups
  • Certificate for attendance,
  • free bus parking
  • advertising of the festival (press release,  social media promotion,posters and flayers).

INSURANCE:
Personal responsibility and health insurance are within the other obligations of the groups. First Aid and Medical Hospital will be available, medical services must be covered by the group.

After Groups arrived in Hotel will be given detailed program of the festival and each group will have guide during festival.You can prolonged your stay on the hotel and it will be 40 euro additional all inclusive service.

After the festival finish organizers will send you LINK of the festival from where you can take the photos. The copy right of all video materials and pictures are ownership of the Organization of the Festival.

Tourist tax is 1.5 euro and it is additional payment per person per day.

The festival will organize the transport for the groups coming by plane by picking them up from Antalya  airport, (20 euro per person round trip) 
All detailed information  will be supply after your confirmation for participations.
In 2019 on this Festival participated over 560  (children and youth ) participants from 11  countries of  Europe.

290 PARTICIPANTS EXPERIENCED GREAT MOMENTS DURING THEIR PARTICIPATION IN THE INTERNATIONAL AUTUMN FESTIVAL IN ANTALYAThe

The fifth edition of the International Autumn Festival in Antalya welcomed 290 participants on the stage in the period October 27 - November 2, 2021.

Participants represented 7 groups from Ukraine, Kyrgyzstan, Iran and Turkey. The groups were able to visit and learn more about the natural and historical sights of Antalya during different excursions.

Beside the unforgettable moments, participants were awarded with diplomas and awards for honorable presentation by the Mayor of Manavgat and the organizers of the forum
