Groups pay in advance a 10% guarantee fee, which is to be deducted at the final payment.
Festival is organize in cooperation with the local ensemble, local association, municipality of the city of Paris and the
touristic organization organize the International festival in Paris. All folklore groups are free to apply for the festival without
the age limit or the limit of the participants.
PARIS -The world's most popular city destination, has plenty of must-see places but make sure you spend at least a day
strolling off the beaten path, as this is the only way to discover the real Paris: undeniably French city.
Festival Program
1 Day 07.08.
14:00 Arrival to Paris. Accommodation in the
selected accommodation unit.
19:00 Dinner
Free time for the individual activities.
Overnight.
2 Day 08.08.
07:30 Breakfast
10:00 Briefing with the organizers, other participating ensembles, local ensembles, and the local authorities.
Free time for the individual activities.
17:30 Dinner
18:30 Gathering of the groups. Defile.
19:30 Opening ceremony of the the festival.
Performances of the groups
(The detailed program of the festival and the order of appearances will be submitted to the groups on their arrival) Closing ceremony of the festival, plaque and diploma award, exchange of the presents between the groups and the organizers.
End of the festival.
