We invite you on the festival in RIMINI from 01 - 06 august.

FESTIVAL is in cooperation with the local ensemble, local association, municipalities of the citiy of Rimini, and the touristic organization organize the International festival in Rimini. All folklore groups are free to apply for the festival without   the age limit or the limit of the participants.

 Festival Program

01.08 day 1

14:00 Arrival to Rimini. Accommodation in the selected accommodation unit.

19:00 Dinner

20:30 Free time for the individual activities. Interacting with organizers.

 02.08 Day 2

07:30 Breakfast

10:00 Briefing with the organizers and other participating ensembles.

11:00 Free time on the beach.

17:30 Dinner

18:30 Gathering of the groups. Defile.

19:00 Opening ceremony of the the festival. Performances of the groups

(The detailed program of the festival and the order of appearances will be submitted to the groups on their arrival)

 03.08 Day 3

07:30 Breakfast

10:00 Optional city sightseeing of Rimini, time for individual activities, socializing…

17:00 Dinner

19:00 Performances of the groups.

Closing ceremony of the festival, plaque and diploma award, exchange of the presents between the groups and the organizers. End of the festival.

 04.08 Day 4

07:30 Breakfast

10:00 Optional visit of San Marino, Ravenna (Mirabilandia amusement park, delphinarium, etc..)

19:00 Dinner

Free time for the individual activities.

05.08 Day 5

07:30 Breakfast

10:00 Optional historical sites sightseeing. Free time on the beach, socializing with other groups and organizers, individual activities.

19:00 Dinner

21:00 Good bye party on the beach or in a restaurant with live music (Optional)

 06.08 Day 6

07:30 Breakfast

12:00 Departure of the groups. End of service

- Price per participant:

- 179€ for 5 HB (5nights with 2 meals per day in 3* Hotel)

Price includes:

Accommodation in the hotel in base HB / breakfast and dinner /

Participation on the festival

Plaques, Souvenirs, diploma, photo, DVD. 

Companion during the festivaL

Price does not include:

Optional excursions, night outs, parties, sightseeing, bus parking fee (where required), foreigner city tax (where required, for the participants above 14. Y.o. excluded the group leaders and drivers)

Insurance for passengers. Other individual costs of the participants.
