INVITATION
We are pleased to invite folk ensembles, modern dance groups, choral groups, orchestras, brass bands, and majorette teams for children, youth, and adults to participate in the International Dance & Music Festival in Budva, Montenegro, from August 21 – August 25, 2026. This non-competitive festival is open to participants from many countries and offers an excellent opportunity to perform, exchange traditions, and experience the cultural and natural beauty of Montenegro.
PARTICIPATION INFORMATION
Participation Requirements:
Open to ensembles, dance groups, choirs, orchestras, brass bands, and majorettes. Participants from Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Russia, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Germany, Ukraine, Turkey, Serbia, Bosnia, Romania, Slovenia, Italy, Sweden, Moldova, Armenia, Croatia, Bulgaria, Hungary, and more are welcome.
Festival is a non-competitive sample of traditional and modern dances.
Maximum 100 participants per group (including dancers, musicians, and managers).
Each group must prepare two dances (10–15 minutes each) with USB or live orchestra.
Groups must provide: a short CV, 3 photos, and a video link of their performances, their national flag, and arrange own transport for arrival and departure.

Participation Fee:
137 Euro for 3 nights / 4 days with 2 meals per day per person
176 Euro for 4 nights / 5 days with 2 meals per day per person
219 Euro for 5 nights / 6 days with 2 meals per day per person
Additional double room: 10 Euro per person per night

Room Allocation: Two double rooms will be provided for group leaders and drivers at no extra charge. Standard rooms are triple or quadruple with private bathrooms.
Additional Information:
Included: Souvenir and gift for each group, welcome reception, drinks during performances, and media promotion.
Insurance: Personal health and travel insurance is the responsibility of each group. First aid will be available, but medical services are at the group’s expense.
Gratis: For every 30 dancers, 1 person free of charge (30 paying + 1 free).
Tourist Tax & Insurance: 1.50 EUR per person per day (not included in fee).
Extended Stay: 40 EUR per person per night (half-board).
Parking for buses is paid additionally.

Day 1 – Arrival & Welcome
13:00 – Arrival in Budva, hotel check-in, free time for swimming and relaxation
19:00–21:00 – Dinner at the hotel
21:00 – Welcome reception with group leaders
Day 2 – City Tour & Festival Opening
09:00–11:00 – Breakfast
11:00–14:00 – Budva sightseeing tour
18:00–19:00 – Dinner at the hotel
20:00–23:00 – Parade through the Old Town & Festival Opening with welcome speech, open-air performances, fireworks, and group dancing
Day 3 – Optional Tours & Workshops
09:00–10:00 – Breakfast
10:00–18:00 – Optional tours: Visit to Kotor, Herceg Novi, Dubrovnik (Croatia), boat tour to Sveti Stefan, aqua park visit
18:00–20:00 – Dinner at the hotel
20:00–22:00 – Workshop: learning different dances (optional) or free time in the city
Day 4 – Excursions & Nightlife
09:00–10:00 – Breakfast
10:00–18:00 – Optional tours (same as Day 3)
18:00–20:00 – Dinner at the hotel
21:00–00:00 – Nightclub visit (optional)
Day 5 – Departure
08:00–10:00 – Breakfast
11:00 – Departure of participants
Optional additional days: Beach excursions, city tours, and farewell parties available upon request.
IMPORTANT DETAILS
Due to the exclusive location in the Old Town of Budva, a stage is not allowed.
