Groups pay in advance a 10% guarantee fee, which is to be deducted at the final payment.

Conditions of the festivals:

The International Folk Dance Festivals in Budapest, Vienna and Prague are non-competitive festivals of traditional and modern dances.
On the festivals may participate children and youth folklore dance groups, modern dance groups, instrumental groups, choirs, as well as groups and performers from other art styles.
The age of participants is not limited. Тhe number of participants is limited.
During the Festivals each Group will have 5 concerts. Groups can perform either with live music or CD.
According to the number of participants the minutes of the performance will be defined.
The performances will be in the evening hours so you can plan the day ahead and use it for visiting the city attractions or shopping.
Every Group will be rewarded with a Certificate for taking part on the Festival.
Each group must send us the music for the performance by email, 10 days before the festival starts.
Each member must have travel insurance policy.

Participation fee:

227 Euro per person

Connect 3 festivals and 5 concerts in 8 days: 3 nights in Prague on HB basis + 2 nights in Vienna on BB basis + 3 nights in Budapest on HB basis.

On every 25 participants, one member is free of charge.
We will also assist you in obtaining visa if necessary.

Accommodation:

Accommodation in 3 - 4 **** hotels. Each Group can have only 2 double rooms which can be used for the Leaders and Drivers. For any extra double room the group should pay extra 4-5 euro/person/day and for a single room additional 16-17 euro per day.

The number of participants is limited. Therefore, we will appreciate if you can send us your application by 25 January 2017. After receiving your application we will send you the official invitation for participating on the Festival. We will also assist you in obtaining visa if necessary. Each member must have travel insurance policy. FFA team can offer you Evasan insurance.

The organizer reserves the right to any changes in the program, and the participants will be informed on time. The copy right of all video materials and pictures are ownership of the Organization of the Festival. By applying you confirm that you accept all festival conditions!
