Groups pay in advance a 10% guarantee fee, which is to be deducted at the final payment.
Saint Julian's is a town in the Central Region of Malta. It is situated along the coast, north of the country's capital, Valletta. It is known for tourism-oriented businesses, such as hotels, restaurants and nightclubs which are centred mainly in an area known as Paceville.
Sliema is a town in Malta, on a peninsula across Marsamxett Harbour from Valletta. Sliema and the coastline up to St. Julian's is Malta's main coastal resort and is ringed with modern apartment blocks.

Morning / afternoon: Registration at the office of the Festival at the Catholic Institute, Floriana
16:00 Opening Ceremony CANTO. Prayer for Peace at St. John's Cathedral
The leaders of the different religious denominations unite with harmonic singing of the choirs to pray together for peace in the most beautiful place of worship in Malta.
17:30: STREET PARADE singers' in the main streets of Valletta
18:30: welcome reception for all the singers in Valletta
FRIDAY November 3, 2017
The late morning / early afternoon: Singing in the City concert (various locations). Exhibition of various groups in various parts of the city of Valletta.
Afternoon / evening: Exhibition of groups (Catholic Institute, Floriana) and (Church of St Publius Parish)
SATURDAY, November 4, 2017
Morning / early afternoon: groups Exhibition (Catholic Institute Theatre and St Publius Parish Church, Floriana)
The late morning / early afternoon: groups Exhibition (in Valletta City Entrance)
Evening: Performance of the groups
SUNDAY, November 5, 2017
Morning: Choirs sing during the HOLY MASS in various churches of Malta (optional).
16:00 GRAND PRIX OF MALTA COMPETITION, awards and CLOSING CEREMONY. (Catholic Institute, Floriana)
Evening: RECEPTION (location to be confirmed)

The Festival Organizer reserves the right to make all the necessary changes, to ensure the smooth running of the Festival both before and during the events. The choirs will be informed promptly.

Participation fee includes:
- Accommodation in the chosen location St Julian or Sliema.
- Transfer from airport to hotel or residence roundtrip
- Transfers during the events to reach the scene of the shows and back to the hotel.
- Participation in the opening ceremony and the closing ceremony
- Participation in all workshops and master classes.
- Guide the organization of the festival available throughout the period of stay.
- Guided tour of the old town of La Valetta
