Munich – From the oldest church built around 1302 to the most modern stadium in the world – in Munich you can see everything… from parks, impressive historical buildings and modern architecture to the the world’s biggest beer festival ‘Oktoberfest’… things that placed Munich on the list of world’s 100 historical sites that should be visited.

PROGRAM

1. Day

Arrival in Munich. Accommodation in a selected object. Free time for individual activities. Overnight.

2. Day

Breakfast. Press Conference. Optional sightseeing tour of the city – Nymphenburg Castle – the summer residence of the Vitelsbah dynasty, royal residence, National opera and theater, Alte Pinakothek, Pinakothek der Moderne, the main square Marienplatz with the old and the new building of township and the famous rathaus-Glockenspiel, Viktualienmarkt market… After the tour free time for walking and individual activities (recommendation: BMW museum, Olympic Village). The opening ceremony of the festival. Presentation of the group and competition. Optional going to dinner with music in one of the most famous pubs. Overnight.

3. Day

Breakfast. Optional tour of Neuschwanstein castle, which was built on an inaccessible cliff. It has inspired Walt Disney to create a distinctive theme for numerous cartoons. Optional going out in the city. Overnight.

4. Day

Breakfast. Departure of the groups. End of service.

THE PRICE INCLUDES:

1. Accommodation in hotel 3***/ 3 nights in base BB/ in triple and quadruple rooms

2. For single room + 50% of the package price.
3. For double room 5€ per person per day.

GENERAL CONDITIONS OF THE FESTIVAL:

The number of participants and followers is not limited.
There is no age limit. it is necessary to prepare two different programs max 12 minutes per program.
It is needed to bring country’s flag and a performance at the venue.
It is also necessary to visibly display panel (provided by organizers) which is inscribed with the name of your group and the name of your country.
You need to send us 5-6 photos and some ‘You tube’ video from your group.
You can perform with orchestra (recommended) or CD track.
Company Everybody Loves Events Ltd reserves the right to change some of the general requirements.
For New changes and about all of the above we will notify you within 24 hours. If you decide to participate in the said event, you need to fill in an application form.
After that we will send you an official letter of invitation to participate in the festival.
When you receive Official Invitation Letter, to confirm your reservation you need to pay 30% of total amount.
The rest you can pay in several monthly installments, but before coming in the festival.
