Bratislava is the capital of Slovakia, it`s political, cultural, and economic centre. Bratislava offers an inviting glimpse of central European history, architecture and culture. The capital city of Slovakia is just about 60 km north-east from Vienna and a short drive from both Hungary and the Czech Republic. It has an incredible location along the banks of the Danube River, on the border of the Carpathian Mountains with its rich vineyards.

Recently the city has undergone a great reconstruction and cultural reawakening and made an amazing comeback, turning into a favorite city break destination with the Old Town freshly renovated. Tourists are rediscovering the city’s charming baroque Old Town and gothic treasures, stylish restaurants. The city offers not a few things to do during a short city break. cafes and teeming nightlife.

Vienna

One of the great capitals of Europe, Vienna was for centuries the main stomping grounds for the Habsburg rulers of the Austro-Hungarian Empire. The empire is long gone, but many reminders of the city's imperial heyday remain, carefully preserved by the tradition-loving Viennese. When it comes to the arts, the glories of the past are particularly evergreen, thanks to the cultural legacy created by the many artistic geniuses—including Mozart, Beethoven, Schubert, Strauss, and Gustav Klimt—nourished here. Today's visitors will find a city filled with a special grace. It is this grace that gives Vienna the cohesive architectural character that sets the city so memorably apart from its great rivals—London, Paris, and Rome.
