INVITATION

We invite you to take part in an International Festival in the iconic city of Paris, France, taking place from 23 to 26 March 2026.

Paris is one of the world’s greatest cultural capitals, renowned for its art, fashion, gastronomy, and timeless elegance. From the Eiffel Tower and scenic walks along the Seine River to the creative atmosphere of Montmartre and the magic of Disneyland Paris, the city offers an unforgettable setting where culture, creativity, and history come together. These experiences create the perfect backdrop for a memorable international cultural exchange.

The festival welcomes folk ensembles, choral groups, brass bands, orchestras, modern dance groups, and majorette teams, including children, youth, and adult groups.


 PARTICIPATION CONDITIONS

The performance duration will be confirmed by the organizer prior to the festival. All participating groups are required to bring their national flag. Musical materials must be sent by email 30 days before the festival start.

Groups are responsible for organizing their own transportation to Paris. Airport transfers may be arranged upon request at an additional cost. Each participant must have valid travel insurance. The final list of participants must be submitted 30 days before the festival.


 ACCOMMODATION

Participants will be accommodated in 2★ and 3★ hotels on a bed and breakfast basis. 4★ hotels are available upon request.

The participation fee is 149 EUR per person for 2 nights (23–25 March 2026) or 195 EUR per person for 3 nights (23–26 March 2026).

A double room surcharge applies as follows: 2★ hotels at 3 EUR per person per day, 3★ hotels at 6 EUR per person per day, and 4★ hotels at 16 EUR per person per day. A single room supplement is 63 EUR per person per day.

City tax is charged separately and amounts to approximately 3 EUR per person per day for 2★ hotels, 5 EUR for 3★ hotels, and 8.9 EUR for 4★ hotels, according to 2025 rates. Updated rates will be confirmed in February 2026.

An extra night may be booked at 69 EUR per person. Bus parking fees are paid directly by the group at local rates.


 INCLUDED BY THE ORGANIZERS

For every 25 paying participants, one free participant is granted. Each group receives two complimentary double rooms for group leaders or drivers.

Festival participation certificates (diplomas), full organizational support, and a scheduled concert performance are included.


 HOTEL AND PAYMENT CONDITIONS

Groups must submit the rooming list no later than one month before arrival. If not provided, the rooming list will be prepared by the festival organization and cannot be modified upon arrival.

The payment schedule is as follows: 30% upon application, 40% sixty days before the festival, and the remaining 30% ten days before the festival start. Payments may be made via bank transfer or cash on the day of arrival. Advance payments are non-refundable after the participant list deadline.

Optional Eiffel Tower visit and Seine River cruise (registration required one month in advance)
18:00 Concert performance and diploma awarding ceremony (performance schedule confirmed by organizer)

Day 3 – 25 March
Morning Breakfast
10:00 Departure for groups staying two nights
Optional full-day excursion to Disneyland Paris or Parc Astérix (open until 22:00, application deadline 31 December 2025)

Day 4 – 26 March
For groups staying three nights
Morning Breakfast
10:00 Hotel check-out and departure

Information regarding travel breaks or intermediate cities may be obtained from the festival agent.

The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the program with timely notification. A detailed schedule will be provided one month before the festival. All video and photo materials produced during the festival remain the property of the Festival Organization.


 EXCURSIONS AND OPTIONAL ACTIVITIES

Optional excursions and sightseeing activities will be offered upon arrival, including cultural tours and theme park visits.
