INVITATION

We invite you to join us in the historic coastal town of Finike, Antalya, Turkey, for an international folklore festival taking place from 08–12 October 2026.

Finike is celebrated for its rich history, stunning Mediterranean coastline, and its close connection to the ancient city of Myra, the birthplace of St. Nicholas. This unique destination, surrounded by natural beauty and historical heritage, offers an inspiring atmosphere for artistic exchange and unforgettable cultural experiences. 


 FESTIVAL PARTICIPATION

The festival welcomes folk dance groups of all ages.

Each group must prepare a minimum of two different performances with different costumes.
Performance duration is 6–8 minutes per performance.
There is no limit to the number of participants per group or the number of groups per country.
All groups must bring their national flag.
For the official gift exchange with the Mayor, each country is required to bring three representative gifts.

Applications must include a completed application form, a minimum of six digital group photos, a short group description, and performance videos or links with descriptions.

Groups arrange their own transport to and from Finike.

As confirmation of participation, a non-refundable deposit of 1,000 EUR per group is required. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 15 days before the festival or upon arrival at the hotel.
Final application and deposit deadline: 15 April 2026.


 ACCOMMODATION

Accommodation is provided at the 5-star Olympos Resort in Finike, Antalya.

Participation fees are as follows:
220 EUR per person for 4 nights with full board (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack bar), including non-alcoholic drinks.
275 EUR per person for 5 nights with full board, including non-alcoholic drinks.
With alcohol package: 240 EUR per person for 4 nights or 295 EUR per person for 5 nights.

Groups will be accommodated in 5-star super luxury villas for 4 or 6 people. Each villa includes separate bedrooms and private bathrooms. Resort facilities include beach access, swimming pools, open buffet dining, and full resort amenities.

International health insurance is mandatory and must be arranged by participants. Tourist tax may apply according to local regulations.

The organizers provide one free participation for every 25 paying participants, a festival hat and attendance certificate for each participant, and full promotion and organizational support.
