INVITATION

We warmly invite dance and music ensembles from all over the world to participate in an international festival in the charming coastal town of Gazipaşa, Antalya, Türkiye, taking place from 10–14 June 2026.

Located along the scenic Turkish Mediterranean coast, Gazipaşa offers beautiful beaches, a relaxed atmosphere, and stunning natural surroundings. This picturesque setting provides the perfect backdrop for groups to share their cultural heritage and enjoy warm hospitality.

The festival welcomes folk dance groups, modern dance ensembles, music groups, rhythmic gymnastics teams, majorette groups, and dance theatre troupes of all age categories. There is no age limit for participation.

 PARTICIPATION INFORMATION

All groups will perform in officially organized festival concerts held in open-air venues. The maximum performance duration is 10 minutes. The stage measures approximately 10 x 9 meters. Groups may perform with CD or live music. Each group is kindly requested to bring the national flag of its country.

Performance locations and schedules are assigned by the festival committee. An English-speaking guide will be provided to each group. For application, groups must send five group photos and one performance video via email. Participants arrange their own transportation to Türkiye. Airport transfers are available at an additional cost.

 ACCOMMODATION

Accommodation is provided in selected seaside hotels in Gazipaşa/Antalya.

Double room supplement: 46 EUR/person/day

Deposit: 2,000 EUR per group (due by 20 February 2026)
Airport transfer (round trip): 40 EUR/person

Day 1 – Wednesday, 10 June
14:00 – Hotel check-in (early check-in available for extra fee)
Afternoon: Free time to settle in and meet your guide
Evening: Welcome meeting and orientation

Days 2–4 – Thursday–Saturday, 11–13 June
Morning: Breakfast at hotel
Daytime: Rehearsals, optional excursions, free time at the beach
Afternoon/Evening: Festival performances in open-air venues
Night: Social activities and cultural exchange

Day 5 – Sunday, 14 June
Morning: Breakfast and final preparations
11:00 – Hotel check-out (late check-out available for extra fee)
