International Alanya & Manavgat Choir Festival

INVITATION
We warmly invite choirs from all over the world to participate in an international choral festival in the beautiful coastal city of Alanya, Antalya, Türkiye, taking place from 25–30 May 2026.
Located on the stunning Turkish Riviera, Alanya and nearby Manavgat are known for golden beaches, crystal-clear Mediterranean waters, and a warm, sunny climate. This picturesque seaside resort provides the perfect acoustic and scenic backdrop for choirs to share their voices and enjoy international cultural exchange.
The festival welcomes choirs of all types and styles, for all age groups. There is no age limit for participation.
PARTICIPATION INFORMATION
All groups will perform in officially organized festival concerts held in open-air venues. The maximum performance duration is 12 minutes. Groups may perform with CD or live music/accompaniment. Each group is kindly requested to bring the national flag of its country.
Performance locations and schedules are assigned by the festival committee. For application, groups must send five group photos and one performance video via email. Participants arrange their own transportation to Türkiye. Airport transfers are available at an additional cost.
ACCOMMODATION
Accommodation is provided in selected seaside hotels in Alanya.

Option 1 – 5-Star Hotel (Non-Alcoholic)
205 EUR/person – Triple room (1 French bed + 1 single bed)
Double room supplement: 46 EUR/person/day
Hotel: Bahama Beach Hotel – All-inclusive, non-alcoholic drinks
Option 2 – 5-Star Hotel (All-Inclusive)
240 EUR/person – Triple room (1 French bed + 1 single bed)
Double room supplement: 53 EUR/person/day
Hotel: Club Turtas Hotel – All-inclusive, includes alcoholic drinks
ADDITIONAL COSTS

Deposit: 2,000 EUR per group (due by 20 February 2026)

Day 1 – Monday, 25 May

Afternoon: Free time to settle in and explore
Evening: Welcome meeting and orientation
Days 2–5 – Tuesday–Friday, 26–29 May
Morning: Breakfast at hotel
Daytime: Rehearsals, optional excursions, free time at the beach
Afternoon/Evening: Festival performances in open-air venues
Night: Social activities and cultural exchange
Day 6 – Saturday, 30 May
Morning: Breakfast and final preparations
11:00 – Hotel check-out (late check-out available for extra fee)
