INVITATION

We kindly invite dance and music ensembles from all over the world to take part in an international cultural festival in the beautiful coastal city of Alanya, Antalya, Türkiye, taking place from 10–15 May 2026.

Located on the stunning Turkish Riviera, Alanya is famous for its golden beaches, crystal-clear Mediterranean waters, and pleasant sunny climate. This vibrant seaside resort offers an excellent combination of high-quality festival performances, artistic inspiration, and international cultural exchange in a relaxed holiday atmosphere.

The festival is open to folk dance groups, modern dance ensembles, music groups, rhythmic gymnastics teams, majorette groups, and dance theatre troupes of all age categories, with no age limit for participation.

 PARTICIPATION INFORMATION

All participating groups will perform in officially organized festival concerts held in open-air venues. Performance schedules and locations are determined by the festival committee.

The maximum performance duration is 8 minutes. The stage size is approximately 8 x 10 meters. Groups may perform with CD or live music. Each group is kindly requested to bring the national flag of its country.

For application, groups are required to send five group photos and one performance video by email. Participants arrange their own transportation to Türkiye. Airport transfers can be organized by the festival committee upon request and at an additional cost.

 ACCOMMODATION

Accommodation is provided in selected seaside hotels in Alanya.

 PARTICIPATION PACKAGES

OPTION 1 – 4-STAR HOTEL
Price: 160 EUR per person in a triple room (one French bed and one single bed)
Double room supplement: 37 EUR per person per day
Hotel: Bahama Beach Hotel
The package includes alcoholic drinks

OPTION 2 – 5-STAR HOTEL (NON-ALCOHOLIC)
Price: 195 EUR per person in a triple room (one French bed and one single bed)
Double room supplement: 44 EUR per person per day
Hotel: Club Turtas Hotel
The package includes non-alcoholic drinks

OPTION 3 – 5-STAR HOTEL (ALL-INCLUSIVE)
Price: 220 EUR per person in a triple room (one French bed and one single bed)
Double room supplement: 49 EUR per person per day
Hotel: Senza The Inn Hotel
The package includes alcoholic drinks

 ADDITIONAL COSTS

Single room supplement: 84 EUR per day
Early check-in (food and beverages included, no room): 15 EUR per person
Late check-out (food and beverages included, no room): 15 EUR per person
Deposit: 2,000 EUR per group, payable by 25 February 2026
Airport transfer (round trip): 40 EUR per person
Yacht tour: 12 EUR per person

 PROGRAM

The program below represents a general outline. Exact performance times may vary.

Day 1 – Sunday, 10 May
Arrival and hotel check-in from 14:00. Early check-in is available at an additional cost. Free time for rest and exploration. In the evening, a welcome meeting and festival orientation.

Days 2–5 – Monday to Thursday, 11–14 May
Breakfast at the hotel. Rehearsals, optional excursions, and free time during the day. Festival performances in open-air venues in the afternoon and evening, followed by social activities and cultural exchange.

Day 6 – Friday, 15 May
Breakfast at the hotel. Hotel check-out by 11:00. Late check-out is available at an additional cost. Departure of participants.

 EXCURSIONS

Optional excursions are available at an additional cost. A yacht tour along the Mediterranean coast is offered at a price of 12 EUR per person. Aquapark visits and historical and tourist tours in the Alanya and Antalya region can be organized upon request.
