INVITATION
We invite you to join us in the beautiful coastal towns of Manavgat and Alanya, Antalya, Türkiye, for a vibrant celebration of youth and performance from 22–27 April 2026.
Set along the stunning Turkish Riviera, Alanya and Manavgat offer golden beaches, crystal-clear Mediterranean waters, and a warm, sunny climate, creating the perfect backdrop for a joyful and unforgettable cultural exchange.
The festival welcomes folk dance groups, modern dance ensembles, music groups, rhythmic gymnastics teams, majorette groups, and dance theatre troupes for children and youth categories.
GENERAL RULES
The maximum performance duration is eight minutes. Performances take place in open-air areas on a 9 m x 9 m stage. Groups may use CD or live music. National flags of participating countries should be brought for ceremonies. Performance locations are assigned by the festival committee.
To apply, groups must send five group photos and one performance video by email. Groups arrange their own transport to Türkiye, while airport transfers are available at additional cost.
ACCOMMODATION & PARTICIPATION PACKAGES
Accommodation is provided in selected seaside hotels in Alanya and Manavgat, based on a 5 nights / 6 days program.
Option 1 – 4-Star Hotel
150 EUR per person in a triple room (one French bed and one single bed). The double room supplement is 34 EUR per person per day. Accommodation is at Grand Bahama Beach Hotel, including alcoholic drinks.
Option 2 – 5-Star Hotel (Non-Alcoholic)
170 EUR per person in a triple room (one French bed and one single bed). The double room supplement is 39 EUR per person per day. Accommodation is at Club Turtas Hotel, including non-alcoholic drinks.
Option 3 – 5-Star Hotel (All-Inclusive)
200 EUR per person in a triple room (one French bed and one single bed). The double room supplement is 45 EUR per person per day. Accommodation is at Senza The Inn Hotel, including alcoholic drinks.
Single room supplement is 75 EUR per day. Early check-in without room use, including food and beverages, is 15 EUR per person. Late check-out without room use, including food and beverages, is 15 EUR per person.
A deposit of 2,000 EUR per group is required by 01 February 2026. Airport transfer (round trip) is 40 EUR per person. Yacht tour is available at 12 EUR per person.
The package includes five nights of accommodation with all-inclusive meals and drinks according to the selected hotel, festival participation certificate, transportation between festival venues and hotels, and one free place for every 25 paying participants.
All groups must have travel and health insurance before arrival. The official festival language is English. Quadruple rooms are not available. Final payments for extras such as transfers and excursions are arranged locally. The festival committee reserves the right to adjust the schedule depending on weather conditions.
PROGRAM
Day 1 – Friday, 22 April
Hotel check-in from 14:00 (early check-in available at extra cost). Afternoon free time to settle in. Evening welcome meeting and orientation.
Day 2–5 – Saturday to Tuesday, 23–26 April
Breakfast at the hotel. Rehearsals, optional excursions, and free beach time during the day. Afternoon and evening festival performances in open-air venues. Night social activities and cultural exchange.
Day 6 – Wednesday, 27 April
Breakfast. Hotel check-out at 11:00 (late check-out available at extra cost). Departure.
EXCURSION INFO
Optional excursions available at extra cost include a yacht tour along the Mediterranean coast (12 EUR per person), aquapark visit (price upon request), and historical and tourist tours exploring the Antalya region.
