INVITATION
We invite you to join us in the magnificent city of Istanbul, Türkiye, for an unforgettable cultural festival celebrating the spirit of Eurasia.
Istanbul, the historic bridge between Europe and Asia, offers a breathtaking blend of ancient architecture, vibrant bazaars, and stunning seaside views. This legendary city provides the perfect stage for cultural exchange and artistic expression.
The festival welcomes folklore groups, modern dance ensembles, choirs, music groups, and theatre troupes, including children, youth, and adult groups.
GENERAL RULES
Performance duration is approximately 10–12 minutes. Each group performs a maximum of two evenings. Performances are held in open-air venues across different Istanbul municipalities. Groups are invited from up to eight countries. Participants should bring their national flags and gifts for cultural exchanges. Groups arrange their own transport to Istanbul.
ACCOMMODATION & PARTICIPATION FEE
Accommodation is provided in selected central Istanbul hotels.
3-Star Hotel Package (4 nights / 5 days): 180 EUR per person, including breakfast and dinner.
4/5-Star Hotel Package (4 nights / 5 days): 220 EUR per person, including breakfast and dinner, plus access to swimming pool, sauna, sports salon, and Turkish hamam.
Room arrangements in 3-star hotels are 2–4 beds per room, with a maximum of four twin/double rooms per group. In 4/5-star hotels, rooms are 2–3 beds per room, with a maximum of three twin/double rooms per group. Single rooms and extra double rooms are available at additional cost. Lunch packets can be arranged upon request.
Transportation fees per person per day are 12 EUR for groups of 10–18 participants, 10 EUR for 19–54 participants, and 20 EUR for solo/duet groups (1–4 people). Fees include airport transfers, excursion transfers, and performance transfers. A deposit of 600 EUR per group is required in advance (non-refundable). All final payments are made in cash upon arrival.
An English-speaking guide is provided to each group throughout the festival. Three gift-exchange ceremonies are held: two with municipality mayors and one with the festival committee. All participants must have medical insurance before arrival. Stage lighting and microphones are provided for performances. Groups arriving with their own buses are responsible for parking fees and fuel; transportation fees are waived.
PROGRAM
Day 1 – Arrival: Afternoon arrival in Istanbul. Hotel check-in and registration. Evening free time and dinner. Meeting with group leaders.
Day 2 – Historical Tour & Performance: Breakfast. Visit the Byzantine historic district including the Blue Mosque (free), Saint Sophia, Topkapı Palace, and the Grand Bazaar. Free time and dinner. Evening open-air performance at a municipality venue.
Day 3 – Beach Day & Cultural Exchange: Breakfast. Free time for shopping or optional beach time at the Marmara Sea. Afternoon and evening festival performances at the municipality stage. Cultural exchange includes teaching dances from participants’ countries and learning Turkish rhythms and dances.
Day 4 – Bosphorus Tour & Final Performance: Breakfast. Optional Bosphorus boat tour (15 EUR/person) or shopping. Evening final open-air performance at a municipality stage.
Day 5 – Departure: Breakfast and check-out. Departure from Istanbul.
The program is subject to change based on organizational needs.
EXCURSION INFO
Optional excursions (extra paid) include a Bosphorus boat tour (15 EUR/person), historical Istanbul tours to Blue Mosque, Saint Sophia, Topkapı Palace, and the Grand Bazaar, beach day at the Marmara Sea, and shopping tours of public bazaars and modern shopping centers.
