INVITATION

We are delighted to invite you to join us in Fano, Italy, to participate in Italy’s oldest carnival with a history spanning several centuries.
Fano offers a unique cultural immersion into traditional festivities and centuries-old celebrations.

 PARTICIPATION INFO

Festival Welcomes
Soloists, duets, trios, quartets, ensembles, orchestras, choirs, dance groups, theater groups, fashion theaters, and performers of original genres.
Children, youth, and adult participants from age 4 and up.

General Rules
Performances must meet duration and repertoire requirements according to nomination.
Each group must send phonograms in advance (FLAC, WAV, MP3).
Groups of 15+ participants receive one free leader spot.
Groups arrange own transport to Italy. Optional transfers available at extra cost.

 ACCOMMODATION INFO

Accommodation at 4-star Hotel Baia Flaminia, Fano, Italy.

Participation Fee (Program: 4 days / 3 nights)
385 EUR per person – standard accommodation (2–3 people per room).

Special Offer
One free place for group leader for groups of 15+ participants (14+1).

Additional Costs
City tax: 2 EUR/person/night (from age 14).
Extended stay, excursions, transfers, and other services available at extra cost.

Included by Organizers
Accommodation, breakfasts and dinners.
Participation in Carnival and parade, masks, paints, brushes.
Masquerade party, photo/video documentation.
Competition awards: cups for groups, medals for soloists/duets/trios/quartets.
Hotel facilities: Near Rimini and Bologna airports; comfortable 2–3 bed rooms; buffet meals included.
