INVITATION
We invite you to join us in the magnificent city of Paris, France, for an inspiring cultural competition and festival from 27 – 30 March 2026.
Paris, the timeless capital of art, fashion, and culture, offers a breathtaking backdrop of iconic landmarks, historic architecture, and unparalleled artistic atmosphere. This world-renowned city provides the perfect stage for an unforgettable exchange of talent and creativity.
FESTIVAL WELCOMES
Soloists, duets, trios, quartets, small groups, ensembles, choirs, orchestras, and fashion theatres in multiple categories.
General Categories:
Vocal (pop, folk, academic, rock, jazz, choirs)
Choreography (folk, classical, ballroom, modern, street, pop)
Instrumental Music (piano, strings, wind, percussion, folk, orchestras)
Folk Art, Original Genre (circus, sports), Fashion Theatre, Theatre, Art (painting, graphics), and more.
GENERAL RULES
Performance duration varies by category and group size.
Phonograms must be sent via email in FLAC, WAV, or MP3 format 20 days before the competition.
A backup copy of the phonogram must be brought on a USB drive.
Groups arrange their own transport to Paris.
Competition Requirements:
Vocal:
Soloists, Duets, Trios: 1 piece, up to 3 minutes.
Ensembles, Choirs: 2 contrasting pieces, up to 6 minutes.
Choreography:
Soloists, Duets, Trios, Quartets: 1 piece, up to 4 minutes.
Small Groups, Ensembles: 2 contrasting pieces, up to 7 minutes.
Instrumental:
Soloists, Duets, Trios: 1 piece, up to 4 minutes.
Ensembles, Orchestras: 1–2 pieces, up to 7 minutes.
Age Categories:
Junior (up to 10 years), Middle (11–15 years), Senior (16–20 years), Adults (21+), Mixed.
Registration:
Submit application form.
70% deposit required (includes 50 EUR non-refundable registration fee).
Full payment due 3 weeks before arrival.
Deadlines:
Phonogram submission: 20 days before competition.
Full payment: 3 weeks before arrival.
The organizing committee may adjust the program.
All bank transfer fees are the responsibility of participants.
ACCOMMODATION
Accommodation in a 3-star hotel in the suburban area of Paris with good access to the city center (metro/RER).
Short Program (4 days / 3 nights):
269 EUR/person – Accommodation in 2/3-bed room with buffet breakfast.
Special Offer:
One free place for the group leader per 15 paying participants.

Soloists: 100 EUR
Model/Photo Model/Runway: 150 EUR
Duets: 85 EUR/participant
Trios: 65 EUR/participant
Quartets: 55 EUR/participant
Small groups (5–9): 45 EUR/participant
Groups (10+): 40 EUR/participant
City tax: ~4.88 EUR/day (ages 12+)
Lunch in Paris: 16 EUR
Dinner at hotel: from 25 EUR
Optional excursions, museum tickets, and transport services available upon request.
Included by Organizers:
Accommodation with breakfast.
One free leader place per 15 participants.
Trophies for groups (5+ participants) and commemorative medals for soloists, duets, trios, quartets.
2-hour guided walking tour with headset rental.
Visit to the Fragonard Perfume Museum.
Preparation of all necessary documents.
PROGRAM
Day 1 – Friday, 27 March
Arrival in Paris.
15:00 – Hotel check-in and registration.
Optional: Seine riverboat cruise or Montmartre walking tour (extra paid).
Day 2 – Saturday, 28 March
Breakfast.
09:00 – 18:00 – Stage introduction, rehearsals, competition performances, awards ceremony.
Day 3 – Sunday, 29 March
Breakfast.
Paris sightseeing tour: Notre-Dame, Latin Quarter, Les Invalides, Eiffel Tower.
Visit to Fragonard Perfume Museum.
Optional: Montparnasse visit (extra paid).
Day 4 – Monday, 30 March
Breakfast.
Hotel check-out and departure.
