INVITATION
We invite you to join us in the magnificent city of Paris, France, for an inspiring cultural competition and festival from 02 – 06 May 2026. Paris, the timeless capital of art, fashion, and culture, offers a breathtaking backdrop of iconic landmarks, historic architecture, and unparalleled artistic atmosphere. This world-renowned city provides the perfect stage for an unforgettable exchange of talent and creativity.
FESTIVAL WELCOMES
Soloists, duets, trios, quartets, small groups, ensembles, choirs, orchestras, and fashion theatres in multiple artistic categories.
General categories include vocal (pop, folk, academic, rock, jazz, choirs), choreography (folk, classical, ballroom, modern, street, pop), instrumental music (piano, strings, wind, percussion, folk, orchestras), folk art, original genre (circus, sports), fashion theatre, theatre, art (painting, graphics), and more.
GENERAL RULES
Performance duration varies according to category and group size. All phonograms (minus tracks) must be sent by email in FLAC, WAV, or MP3 format 20 days before arrival. A backup copy must be brought on USB. All groups arrange their own transport to Paris.
Competition requirements:
Vocal: Soloists, duets, trios perform one piece (up to 3 minutes). Ensembles and choirs perform two contrasting pieces (up to 6 minutes).
Choreography: Soloists, duets, trios, quartets perform one piece (up to 4 minutes). Small groups and ensembles perform two contrasting pieces (up to 7 minutes).
Instrumental: Soloists, duets, trios perform one piece (up to 4 minutes). Ensembles and orchestras perform one or two pieces (up to 7 minutes).
Age categories: Junior (up to 10), Middle (11–15), Senior (16–20), Adults (21+), Mixed.
Registration: Submit application form. A 70% deposit is required, which includes a 50 EUR non-refundable registration fee. Full payment is due three weeks before arrival.
ACCOMMODATION
Accommodation is provided in a 3-star hotel in the suburban area of Paris, with convenient metro/RER access to the city center.
Main Program (5 days / 4 nights): 325 EUR per person, including accommodation in a 2/3-bed room with buffet breakfast.
Short Program (4 days / 3 nights): 269 EUR per person, including accommodation in a 2/3-bed room with buffet breakfast.
Special offer: One free place for the group leader per 15 paying participants.
Additional costs:
Festival participation fee per category: soloists 100 EUR, duets 85 EUR per participant, trios 65 EUR per participant, quartets 55 EUR per participant, small groups 45 EUR per participant, groups of 10+ participants 40 EUR per participant. Model/photo model/runway: 150 EUR.
City tax: approximately 4.88 EUR per day (ages 12+).
Meals: lunch in Paris 16 EUR; dinner at hotel from 25 EUR.
Optional excursions, museum tickets, and transport services available upon request.
Included by organizers: accommodation with breakfast, one free leader place per 15 participants, trophies for groups (5+ participants), medals for soloists and small formations, a two-hour guided walking tour with headset, a visit to the Fragonard Perfume Museum, and preparation of all required documents.
PROGRAM
Day 1 – Saturday, 02 May
Arrival in Paris, hotel check-in at 15:00. Optional Seine river cruise or Montmartre walking tour (extra paid).
Day 2 – Sunday, 03 May
Breakfast. Stage introduction, rehearsals, competition performances, and awards ceremony.
Day 3 – Monday, 04 May
Breakfast. Paris sightseeing tour including Notre-Dame, Latin Quarter, Les Invalides, Eiffel Tower, and visit to Fragonard Perfume Museum. Optional Montparnasse visit (extra paid).
Day 4 – Tuesday, 05 May
Breakfast. Optional excursions to Versailles, Louvre, or Disneyland (extra paid).
Day 5 – Wednesday, 06 May
Breakfast. Hotel check-out at 10:00 and departure.
EXCURSIONS
Optional excursions (extra paid): Seine River Cruise, Montmartre walking tour, Versailles Palace, Louvre Museum, Disneyland Paris.
