We invite you to join us in the enchanting city of Venice, Lido di Jesolo, Italy.
Venice is the city of lovers, steeped in nostalgia and charm. It is a world of fairy tales where gondolas glide silently along canals, and the air is filled with a sense of timeless beauty. This magical setting creates the perfect backdrop for an unforgettable cultural exchange during the festival from 06–10 September 2026.

 PARTICIPATION INFO

Festival welcomes individual participants, community centers, youth centers, academies, public and private schools, dance studios/clubs, and all non-professional music and dance performers.
Age categories:
1st category: Kids under 12 years
2nd category: Teenagers 13 to 19 years
3rd category: Adults over 19 years

General rules:
Festival Days (07–08 September):
Solo, duet, trio: up to 4 minutes per age group.
Group/ensemble: up to 15 minutes per age group.
Gala Concert (09 September):
Group/ensemble: up to 5 minutes per age group.

Each group has two performances: one long program on a festival day and one short program at the Gala Concert.
The festival is non-competitive.
Participants must provide their own musical instruments and music.
Groups arrange their own transport to the festival location.

 ACCOMMODATION & INFO

Accommodation: Hotel in Venice, Lido di Jesolo, Italy.

Participation fee:
255 EUR per person for 4 nights with breakfast in double/triple rooms.

Additional costs:
Single room supplement: 105 EUR per person (total stay).
City tax: 2.30 EUR per person (paid at reception).
Extra night: 65 EUR per person.

Included by organizers:
One free participation per 25 paying participants (24+1 free).
Certificate of attendance and prize for every ensemble.
Festival T-shirt for every participant.
Full promotion and organizational support.

Payment terms:
Participation fee and deposit: 80 EUR per person. Deadline: 17 March 2026.
Full payment deadline: 30 June 2026.
Deposit is non-refundable.
All bank transfer fees are the participants’ responsibility.
Invoices available upon request within 4 days of payment.
