INVITATION

We invite you to join us in the historic coastal town of Poreč, Croatia.

Located in the heart of the western coast of the Istrian peninsula, Poreč is nearly 2,000 years old, blending ancient Roman temples and forums with vibrant modern life. Known for its beautiful natural landscape and long tradition in tourism, it serves as an excellent base for exploring the region. This picturesque setting creates the perfect backdrop for an unforgettable cultural exchange during the festival from 18–22 September 2026.

 FESTIVAL WELCOMES

Individual participants, community centers, youth centers, academies, public and private schools, dance studios/clubs, and all non-professional music and dance performers. All age groups may participate.

Age Categories:
1st category: Kids under 12 years
2nd category: Teenagers 13 to 19 years
3rd category: Adults over 19 years

 GENERAL RULES

Festival Days (19–20 September):
Solo, Duet, Trio performances up to 4 minutes per age group.
Group/Ensemble performances up to 15 minutes per age group.

Gala Concert (21 September):
Group/Ensemble performances up to 5 minutes per age group.

Each group performs twice: one long program during a festival day and one short program at the Gala Concert.

The festival is non-competitive.
Participants must provide their own musical instruments and/or music.
Groups arrange their own transport to the festival location.

 ACCOMMODATION INFO

Accommodation: Hotel in Poreč, Croatia.

Participation Fee:
236 EUR per person for 4 nights with half board (breakfast and dinner) in double/triple rooms.

Additional Costs:
Single room supplement: 285 EUR per person (total stay).
Extra night: 60 EUR per person per night.
Tourist tax/insurance not included and payable locally if applicable.

Included by Organizers:
One free participation for every 25 paying participants (24+1).
Certificate of attendance and prize for every ensemble.
Festival t-shirt for each participant.
Full promotion and organizational support.

Payment Terms:
Deposit: 80 EUR per person. Deadline: 30 March 2026.
Full payment deadline: 14 July 2026.
Deposit is non-refundable.
Bank transfer fees must be covered by participants.
Invoices available upon request within 4 days of payment.

 EXCURSION INFO

Optional Tours (extra paid, request in advance):

Boat Ride to Rovinj: Scenic cruise to Croatia’s romantic city, walking tour of the old town, fish lunch on board with unlimited drinks. Return approximately 17:30.

Visit to Pula: Explore Roman monuments including Pula Arena (the 6th largest Roman amphitheater) and the Arch of the Sergius. Return approximately 16:00.

Trip to Trieste, Italy: Visit the picturesque port city of Trieste, including Miramare Castle. Return approximately 18:00.
