INVITATION

We invite you to join us in the vibrant coastal city of Çanakkale, Türkiye.

Çanakkale offers year-round shopping, romantic walks by the port, and yacht trips to nearby islands. The region is famous for its seafood and wines from the vineyards of Gökçeada and Bozcaada. These islands, accessible by ferry, feature charming streets, authentic restaurants, pristine beaches, and azure coasts — creating the perfect backdrop for cultural exchange during the festival from 5–9 August 2026.

 PARTICIPATION INFO

Festival Welcomes:
Individual participants, community centers, youth centers, academies, public and private schools, dance studios/clubs, and all non-professional music and dance performers. No age limits.

Age Categories:
1st category: Kids under 12 years
2nd category: Teenagers 13 to 19 years
3rd category: Adults over 19 years

General Rules:
Festival Days (06–07 August): Solo/Duet/Trio up to 4 minutes; Groups/Ensembles up to 15 minutes.
Gala Concert (08 August): Groups/Ensembles up to 5 minutes.
Each group performs twice: one long program and one short program at the Gala Concert.
The festival is non-competitive.
Participants must provide their own instruments and/or music.
Groups arrange their own transport.
Application form, CV, and photos must be sent via email.

 ACCOMMODATION & INFO

Accommodation: 3★ or 4★ hotels in Çanakkale, Türkiye.

Participation Fee (per person, 4 nights half board):
ANZAK Hotel 3★ / MD City Hotel 3★: 245.42 EUR
MD Barbarosa Hotel 4★: 260.76 EUR
AKOL Hotel 4★: 342.57 EUR

Additional Costs:
Single room supplement and extra night prices depend on the selected hotel.
Tourist tax/insurance not included (if applicable).

Included:
Certificate of attendance, prize for every ensemble, festival T-shirt, organizational support.

Payment Terms:
Deposit: 80 EUR per person (non-refundable) — deadline 17 March 2026.
Full payment deadline: 05 June 2026.
All bank transfer fees covered by participants.
Invoices available upon request within 4 days of payment.

15:00–20:00 – Check-in and accommodation.

Day 2 – 06 August (Thursday) – Festival Day:
07:00–09:00 – Breakfast.
Free time / Optional excursion.
19:30 – Festival Opening & Concert.

Day 3 – 07 August (Friday) – Festival Day:
07:00–09:00 – Breakfast.
Free time / Optional trip to Troy.
19:30 – Concert.

Day 4 – 08 August (Saturday) – Gala Concert:
07:00–09:00 – Breakfast.
Free time for beach or shopping.
19:30 – Gala Concert & Award Ceremony.

Day 5 – 09 August (Sunday):
07:00–09:00 – Breakfast.
10:00 – Check-out & Departure.

Program subject to change. All excursions optional & extra paid.

 EXCURSION INFO

Optional Excursions (extra paid, request in advance):

Assos: Visit Mount Ida, Behramkale village, Temple of Athena, Aristotle’s school ruins, theater, free time for lunch and beach.
Troy & Bozcaada Island with Ayazma Beach: Full-day excursion including transfer, guide, ferry fees (min. 20 people), optional lunch on the island.
