INVITATION

We invite you to join us on the beautiful shores of Lago di Garda in Veneto, Italy.

Lago di Garda, the largest Italian lake, is a favorite destination renowned for its natural beauty and charming medieval atmosphere. The historic buildings, restaurants, and shops along its shores create the perfect setting for cultural exchange during the festival from 30 June to 4 July 2026.

The festival welcomes individual participants, community centers, youth centers, academies, public and private schools, dance studios/clubs, and all non-professional music and dance performers. There are no age limitations.

Age Categories:
1st category: Kids under 12 years
2nd category: Teenagers 13 to 19 years
3rd category: Adults over 19 years

General Rules:
Festival Days (01–02 July): Solo, duet, trio up to 4 minutes per age group; group/ensemble up to 15 minutes per age group.
Gala Concert (03 July): Group/ensemble up to 5 minutes per age group.
The festival is non-competitive.
Participants must provide their own musical instruments and/or music.
Maximum group size recommended: 60 persons.
Each group must send a completed application form and participant CVs/photos via email.
Groups arrange their own transport to the festival location.

 ACCOMMODATION & INFO

Accommodation: Hotel at Lago di Garda, Veneto, Italy.

Participation Fee:
266 EUR per person for 4 nights with half board (breakfast and dinner) in double/triple rooms.

Additional Costs:
Single room supplement: 72 EUR (total stay).
City tax: 2.00 EUR per person per day (paid at reception).
Extra night: 72 EUR per person.

Included by Organizers:
One free participation per 25 paying participants (24+1 free).
Certificate of attendance and prize for every ensemble.
Festival T-shirt for every participant.
Full promotion and organizational support.

Payment Terms:
Deposit: 80 EUR per person. Deadline: 17 March 2026.
Full payment deadline: 30 April 2026.
Deposit is non-refundable.
All bank transfer fees must be covered by participants.
Invoices available upon request within 4 days of payment.
