We invite you to join us in the beautiful coastal city of Kusadasi, Türkiye.

Kusadasi, meaning “Bird Island,” is a vibrant city on the Aegean coast, known for its historic harbor, charming old houses turned into cafes, and pristine beaches. Located near the ancient city of Ephesus, it offers a unique atmosphere steeped in history and natural beauty, creating the perfect setting for cultural exchange during the festival from June 10-14, 2026.

 GENERAL RULES

The festival is non-competitive
Festival Days (June 11 & 12): Solos/duets/trios: up to 4 min. Groups: up to 15 min
Gala Concert (June 13): Groups: up to 5 min
Each group performs twice: a long program on one festival day and a short program at the Gala Concert
Participants must provide their own instruments and/or music
Groups arrange own transport to Kusadasi, Türkiye

Hotel 3* (All Inclusive)
Shared room: 253 EUR per person (4 nights)
Single room supplement: +99.70 EUR for 4 nights
Extra night: 63 EUR per person

Hotel 4* (Half Board: Breakfast & Dinner)
Shared room: 261 EUR per person (4 nights)
Single room supplement: +102 EUR for 4 nights
Extra night: 65 EUR per person

Hotel 5* (All Inclusive)
Shared room: 376 EUR per person (4 nights)
Single room supplement: +322 EUR for 4 nights
Extra night: 94 EUR per person

Accommodation on the relevant board basis
Certificate of attendance and prize for every ensemble

One free accommodation for every 25 paying participants (24+1)

Transport to/within Türkiye
Optional excursions/tours (must be requested and paid in advance)

Deposit: 80 EUR per person (non-refundable)
Application Deadline: February 16, 2026
Deposit Deadline: March 17, 2026
Final Payment Deadline: April 30, 2026
All bank transfer fees are the participant’s responsibility
Invoices must be requested within 4 days of payment
Hotel places are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis

Day 3 – Friday, June 12: 07:00–09:00 – Breakfast. Free time / optional excursions (extra paid). Dinner. 20:00 – Festival Concert (Individuals & Groups)
Day 4 – Saturday, June 13: 07:00–09:00 – Breakfast. Free time. Dinner. 20:00 – Gala Concert, Prize Ceremony & Presentations
Day 5 – Sunday, June 14: 07:00–09:00 – Breakfast. 10:00 – Check-out and departure
