We invite you to join us in the beautiful coastal city of Sousse, Tunisia.

Sousse, a vibrant city on the Mediterranean coast, is renowned for its historic medina, stunning beaches, and rich cultural heritage. It provides the perfect sunny and welcoming backdrop for an unforgettable cultural exchange during the festival from March 28th to April 2nd, 2026.

 GENERAL RULES

The festival is non-competitive
Festival Days: Solos/duets/trios: up to 4 min. Groups: up to 15 min
Gala Concert: Groups: up to 5 min
All participants perform on one festival day and at the Gala Concert
Participants must provide their own instruments and/or music
Groups arrange own transport to Sousse, Tunisia

 ACCOMMODATION & INFO

Accommodation at a 5-star hotel in Sousse on an All-Inclusive (AI) basis

Participation Fee:
280 EUR – 5 nights, All-Inclusive (shared room)
355 EUR – 5 nights, All-Inclusive (single room)

Included by Organizers:
All-Inclusive stay (meals & drinks)
Certificate of attendance and prize for every ensemble
Festival T-shirt for every participant
Participation fee
One free accommodation for every 25 paying participants (24+1)

Not Included (Additional Costs):
Tourist tax: 3.5 EUR/person/night
Transport to/within Tunisia
Optional excursions (request in advance)

Important Payment Terms:
Deposit: 90 EUR per person (non-refundable)
Application Deadline: November 10, 2025
Deposit Deadline: November 15, 2025
Final Payment Deadline: February 10, 2026
All bank transfer fees are the participant’s responsibility
Cancellation within 15 days of the festival results in total loss of payment

Day 2 – Sunday, March 29: 07:00–09:00 – Breakfast. Food & drinks all day. Free time / optional excursions. 19:30 – Festival Opening & Concert (Individuals & Groups)
Day 3 – Monday, March 30: 07:00–09:00 – Breakfast. Food & drinks all day. Free time / optional excursion (extra paid). 19:30 – Festival Concert (Individuals & Groups)
Day 4 – Tuesday, March 31: 07:00–09:00 – Breakfast. Food & drinks all day. Free time (beach, shopping). 19:30 – Gala Concert & Awards Ceremony
Day 5 – Wednesday, April 1: 07:00–09:00 – Breakfast. Food & drinks all day. Free time (beach, shopping, optional excursions). 18:30 – Dinner
Day 6 – Thursday, April 2: 07:00–09:00 – Breakfast. 09:00 – Check-out and departure
