International Festival-Contest “UNDER THE SPANISH SKY”

INVITATION
We invite you to join us on the famous and vibrant Costa Brava in Catalonia, Spain.
The festival will be held in the coastal towns of Lloret de Mar and Calella, offering beautiful beaches, rich culture, and a festive Mediterranean atmosphere. This event is a celebration of various art genres, bringing together participants from around the world for cultural exchange and creative development.
PARTICIPATION INFORMATION
The festival welcomes creative collectives and individual performers in choreographic art (classical, ballroom, modern, national, pop, social dances, mixed styles), instrumental music (modern, pop, national, classical, ethnical), vocal music (choirs, ensembles, quartets, trios, duos, soloists), photography and video, design, arts and crafts, theater, fashion, creative word, theatrical art, musicals and musical theatre productions, mixed music and dance groups, and other art forms.
Each group or participant must prepare two acts with a maximum total duration of 8 minutes. Group leaders bear full responsibility for their members. Groups arrange their own transport to Spain; transfers are available at an additional cost.

INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGE
Accommodation in selected hotel. Half board (breakfast and dinner). One free leader per 25 paying participants. Official invitation. Prizes, gifts, international diplomas, diplomas from the city. Participation in the welcoming evening.
NOT INCLUDED
Tourist tax: 0.66 EUR per person per night (ages 17+, 3★ hotels). Lunches, excursions, masterclasses, photo/video services, medical insurance, transfers. Airport transfers Barcelona/Girona – hotel – airport (optional, extra paid).
PROGRAM
Day 1: Arrival. Organizational meeting with the Festival Committee and group leaders.
Day 2: Welcome day for participants. Exchange of experience and master classes.
Day 3: Contest day. Performances according to schedule. Festival march to the venue.
Day 4: Gala Concert. Best performances showcase and award ceremony.
Day 5: Breakfast. Check-out by 10:00 and departure.
The program is subject to change. All excursions are optional and extra paid.
EXCURSIONS
Optional excursions include a 4-hour catamaran trip “Sensation,” Barcelona panoramic tour, Montserrat Monastery, Flamenco Show “Noche Española,” PortAventura Theme Park, Girona & Dalí Museum, and visits to the ancient towns of Rupit and Besalú.
